☺ Spacious apartment, comfortable beds , quality furniture , linen and pillows were good. Dishwasher and washing machine as well as a dryer were provided.Balconies of the bedrooms and lounge.
☹ Aircon,difficulty getting it to operate, Noisy traffic at night, particularly if you had the windows open which we needed too as we couldn't operate the aircon.

☹ Had to fully clean the property before leaving, cleaned up well but they expect you to wash the bed sheets and make the bed so they pay less on cleaners. Clearly the worst appartment in NSW. Head manager is very rude and impossible to conversate with. Have to pick keys up from some random dodgey house, felt like I was getting kidnapped.

☺ The spa bath and location were great. The bed was comfy and the room had all you could need for a short stay. The neighbours were quiet. And the aircon and free wifi was an added plus.
☹ It was a little unclean and the noisy road and bright lights kept us awake most of the night. There was also a busy cafe downstairs and we found it hard to navigate through once we got off the elevator. The off street parking was a little rough too as it was hard to find a place to park in such a busy strip. And it would be nice to have had a tv in the bedroom.

Comfortable stay
☺ We had a very comfortable 3-night stay. The apartment was neat and clean with a spacious living area and spa bath. We liked the location in Hamilton, close to plenty of pubs and restaurants (though this does mean there's a little street noise). Easy check in and out. Thanks!

☺ Apt was great! Nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need. Shops nearby and Ubers only 3-4 minutes away to pick you up for anywhere you need to go. Staff was very kind to work with and helped out at every chance. Would stay here again. ?
☹ Lift was a little dodgy. Shook when you get to the fourth floor.

☺ The location suited us and is a central point to where we needed to be for our visit to newcastle.
☹ Roadworks throughout the night at the major intersection, re-sealing of the road, jack hammer going throughout the night and morning. Just bad timing for us i guess, also the walls are not that well insulated or windows sealed as this room does not block out the noise/ sound that well.
