I have recently completed a purchase from Bellagio and I can clearly say that their professionalism and customer service is very hard to find.
From day 0 , I had full support from Amy, on choosing the right components and Natalie was very helpful and kind during our conversations.Reasonable prices and professional service from the technical team, I hope all businesses had the same approach towards customers.

Choosing Bellagio in leamington spa was the best experience we could have had, Angelica went above and beyond to help us with any problems we faced and did it with a smile, she certainly knows what she's talking about and made the whole experience stress free.
The worktops were fitted quickly and thoroughly and look amazing so thank you to everyone involved.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Worktop came as part of my house but I bought further for an island with no issue. Installers were quick and helpful and pleased with the outcome.

We ordered our kitchen top through IKEA and it has been a nightmare. The material which we chosen from IKEA does not match with the kitchen top which you delivered. We have rejected it when you came for the installation.
However, I was really impressed with how Bellagio handled it. The staff was proactive and helpful in addressing this although the hiccups which happened earlier. Bellagio understood the situation and took full ownership.
IKEA, however was disappointing and I wrote to Peter Jelkeby (CEO and MD of IKEA UK) personally and he promised to investigate and a follow up on this issue.

Dodgy Company
Bought a kitchen worktop from them through IKEA based on a sample they had in store and was delivered a completely different stone in texture and colour. I bought an off white and got delivered a grey. They tried to convince me in person and through IKEA that that’s what I ordered and the problem is the lighting in my kitchen. Complete SCAM. You can compare the photos of the sample and what was delivered. Judge yourself. Don’t recommend this sketchy company and their customer service.

Good afternoon Bellagio,
We ordered our kitchen top through IKEA and it has been a nightmare. First, the material which we chosen from IKEA does not match with the kitchen top which you delivered. We have rejected it when you came for the installation. You were also late for both the appointments.
IKEA provided us the pictures which you shared with them. Clearly, the pictures of the counter top is not the counter top which you sent. You lied to IKEA with a different pictures.
Everyone > I would advise you NOT to use Bellagio Marble ideas as they are unprofessional with very poor business etiquette.
Really pleased with the works tops Bellagio have installed. Having been let down by our original kitchen suppliers, Bellagio stepped in, measured up and fitted far superior counter tops for us. Customer service was first class and they even came back out to just sort a minor problem to ensure that we were 100% happy. Brilliant stuff, would deffo recommend! 👍

We bought a new house and the developer has already installed the Bellagio Marble kitchen worktop. We decided to add an island with the same top as the main kitchen.
Their service was excellent from the beginning to the end.
Our neighbour used them and was so impressed with their service as well.
Highly recommend using BM.

Avoid. They installed a stone worktop and did such a horrendous job that it had to be redone, but still to substandard levels. I have been very disappointed by the level of service and would warn people from using them.

We have used bellagio stone for a install, and from the first contact everything went really smooth from the start, the communication from start to finish was first class.

Cannot fault the service at Bellagio, we are so pleased with our counter top and down turn, and new sink! They were so patient with me as a very indecisive customer, never once felt rushed. Great advice given and clearly know their products. Fitting was quick and tidy, everyone we came into contact with was professional and friendly.

We purchased our new quartz worktops after meeting with George.
He was patient to listen to our questions, understand the needs of our kitchen space and try everything to make sure we were satisfied with the proposal before making a decision.
Furthermore, Bellagio took the hassle out of replacing our existing worktops by doing a digital templating and on the day of installation they arranged to have the plumber disconnect the old and connect the new pipework for the new sink and tap.
After installation, George even personally dropped off some cleaning fluid and to check-in to see that we were happy with the fit.
Would highly recommend!!!

If you are looking for a worktop and live in the south west then you should probably look elswhere. Our work top was delivered faulty, cut wrong so had to be returned. When trying to rearange a visit it was tuesday, first thing or nothing. When my wife asked why other other days and times were not available Tom wanted to know in detail what my pregnant wifes plans were and why they were so important that we couldnt cancel. With no help being offered by Bellagio we had to try another method. Only when we pushed the manager at Magnet kitchens were they able to get the fitteres to reverse their day schedule and have us fit at luch time. We had two attemps at dates made and had to reschedule our house move twice off the back of it. To top it off the fitteres were not happy about coming down to us at such a time and rushed through the job. Needless to say it all left a bad taste and I would certainly look eslwhere if you live in Cornwall as these guys have a very stricked shedule and dont have time to work around you, even if you are a paying customer.
