We had a fantastic experience with Bellagio for our quartz worktop. From the outset, Angelica was incredibly consultative and helpful, taking the time to make sure the worktop complemented our kitchen colours, flooring and overall design perfectly. Her advice and attention to detail gave us real confidence in the final choice.
The quality of the product itself is excellent and has completely elevated the finished look of our kitchen. The fitters were professional, punctual and worked to a very high standard, with a great finish and attention to detail throughout.
Everything ran smoothly with no delays, and the worktop has genuinely been the finishing touch that brought the whole kitchen together. We would highly recommend Bellagio to anyone looking for both high-quality products and outstanding customer service.
I’ve been meaning to write a review for this company for some time and I kept forgetting but all I can say, is that these guys are the best. Had a slight issue when it came to the installation of my kitchen worktops and backsplash and they were more than happy to remeasure and refit the slab of quartz that was the issue.
If I was going to have worktops fitted again or if someone wanted a recommendation. These guys would be at the top of my list.
Quite simply Bellagio are fantastic. Their customer service is outstanding and the product is great. They were a bright spot in an otherwise fraught IKEA kitchen installation. In my opinion, you're in safe hands with Bellagio. I can't praise them enough.
We had a problem with ourSilistone worktops. We contacted BMI and they have been fantastic. To put the problem right it meant replacing all the worktop, window ledge and back tiles. Rob and his team arranged everything , getting the original kitchen supplier to unplug appliances like the hob, electric plugs the sink and to replace them afterwards. Everything was done with meticulous attention to detail. Thank you to Rob and the team for making the whole process so easy for us.
We have been absolutely delighted with every aspect of our dealings with Bellagio Marble Ideas. Measure and delivery were very prompt following our quartz order via Benchmarx Kitchens and Joinery in Stockport. Macaulay was meticulous in his measuring, really taking time with the accuracy of all the work involved in the correct preparation and fitting of the quartz. Communication was excellent and our five delightful fitters turned up very punctually, travelling up from the Midlands to our home on the North East fringes of Greater Manchester. The transformation of our kitchen was breathtaking during the time they spent with us. We were then advised as to the care of the product. Nearly a week on, as the kitchen job is progressing, we are taken aback as we enter the room. Many thanks to everyone at Bellagio for such a great customer experience. We are really thrilled. Thanks too to George and Neil for sorting everything out behind the scenes.

Avoid. They installed a stone worktop and did such a horrendous job that it had to be redone, but still to substandard levels. I have been very disappointed by the level of service and would warn people from using them.
6 months later - the issue has NOT been resolved. Bellagio refused to take responsibility for the third party contractors they used.

Choosing Bellagio in leamington spa was the best experience we could have had, Angelica went above and beyond to help us with any problems we faced and did it with a smile, she certainly knows what she's talking about and made the whole experience stress free.

Good afternoon Bellagio,
We ordered our kitchen top through IKEA and it has been a nightmare. The material which we chosen from IKEA does not match with the kitchen top which you delivered. We have rejected it when you came for the installation.
However, I was really impressed with how Bellagio handled it. The staff was proactive and helpful in addressing this although the hiccups which happened earlier. Bellagio understood the situation and took full ownership.
IKEA, however was disappointing and I wrote to Peter Jelkeby (CEO and MD of IKEA UK) personally and he promised to investigate and a follow up on this issue.

Dodgy Company
Bought a kitchen worktop from them through IKEA based on a sample they had in store and was delivered a completely different stone in texture and colour. I bought an off white and got delivered a grey. They tried to convince me in person and through IKEA that that’s what I ordered and the problem is the lighting in my kitchen. Complete SCAM. You can compare the photos of the sample and what was delivered. Judge yourself. Don’t recommend this sketchy company and their customer service.

IKEA provided us the pictures which you shared with them. Clearly, the pictures of the counter top is not the counter top which you sent. You lied to IKEA with a different pictures.
Everyone > I would advise you NOT to use Bellagio Marble ideas as they are unprofessional with very poor business etiquette.
Really pleased with the works tops Bellagio have installed. Having been let down by our original kitchen suppliers, Bellagio stepped in, measured up and fitted far superior counter tops for us. Customer service was first class and they even came back out to just sort a minor problem to ensure that we were 100% happy. Brilliant stuff, would deffo recommend! 👍

We bought a new house and the developer has already installed the Bellagio Marble kitchen worktop. We decided to add an island with the same top as the main kitchen.
Their service was excellent from the beginning to the end.
Our neighbour used them and was so impressed with their service as well.
