I’m new to writing reviews… However when calling into Bellagio last week I was greeted by a cheerful bubbly lady called Carie, I felt I had to write a review because her customer service was undeniable. She talked me through the different materials and matching my new kitchen units to different worktops and what could look really nice. I felt she really saw the vision that I was going for. Hoping to place my order with her in the next couple of weeks. Super excited!

Thank you for completing the last piece of the puzzle in our kitchen. After been let down by the kitchen installer Commodore Kitchens on several aspects of the job, Bellagio was able to reinstate trust on us. The communication was brilliant, and the work was quick and efficient. I would like to mention Cari Syvret, the Sales Consultant, who was so patient, understanding, and was able to help us with all our queries. Nothing seemed too much of a problem for her.
Tony Johns, the Operations Manager, and his technicians Artur Thaci and Paul Gustard. They arrived early and finished pretty quickly as the job was pretty straight forward.

George and the team at Bellagio have been extremely helpful throughout our journey, answering multiple questions promptly and professionally, with nothing too much to ask. Once deciding on our desired worktop and sink, the whole process ran smoothly and very quickly. We had a number of quotes prior to Bellagio, none of which came close to what Bellagio could offer in terms of both price and service. Thank you for all your help.

I don’t normally write reviews, but;
I first dealt with Bellagio in 2014 and they were very helpful and professional. Unfortunately their price was not competitive so I ordered elsewhere.
They did follow me up a few weeks later and when I told them what had happened they said that I should have come back to them and they would have matched the price. 😩
I went back to them again late last year and asked them to quote for a domestic kitchen job along with about 15 other companies (I do shop around!). Their quote was not the least expensive but I was happy with the way they dealt with my enquiries and their response and comments to the drawings submitted. Also, unlike some they do not run down their competitors.
We went up to the showroom in Warwick and met Rob, the owner, and Angelica in the showroom and they were very helpful once again.
We ordered the worktops from them and they were duly installed on time. There were a couple of minor, I mean minor, measuring errors; one end panel was 2mm too wide and rather than cut it down by hand they asked if they could take it back to the workshop and then come back again. This was appreciated.
We did discuss cutting boards in the showroom as the cut-outs can often be formed into such. However, this was not specifically listed in the quote and when we asked George (Rob’s son - a family business) about them a few weeks later nothing was too much trouble to fabricate and deliver them and this they did.
After speaking with 15 suppliers Bellagio are head and shoulders above the rest and I would have no hesitation in either recommending them or using them again. They have quite a large showroom and workshop and they have been fitting for major developers for a great many years so they have a good choice and stock of material and several installation crews and supplied and fitted what we wanted in the timescale promised.

Quartz Kitchen Tops
Through the entire process from choosing the stone, templating, fitting and follow up customer care I couldn’t fault anything. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice, helpful and so professional, nothing was too much trouble.
Steve was my first contact and he advised me about the different stone available which helped me decide. Once everything was fitted there was a couple of adjustments which George handled extremely efficiently. He went above and beyond, and the customer care was exceptional.
I would not hesitate to use again or recommending this company.

Our new kitchen needed practical and beautiful worktops. We went to Bellagio for advice and suggestions not knowing what we wanted. Ben and the team were really patient and knowledgeable. We have an old property with an exposed brick wall so wanted traditional but with a contemporary twist and practical to use and clean. Ben suggested Dekton we are thrilled with the end result.
The low sheen finish works brilliantly with a painted unit and limestone floor. Incredibly hard wearing with a high heat resistance and UV stable our kitchen gets a lot of sunlight so the worktop won’t fade.
Callum & Mike our fitters we’re very professional and worked well with our kitchen fitter. Everyone at Bellagio was a pleasure to deal with the office and showroom team the templater and the fitters.
I would not hesitate to recommend Bellagio Marble Ideas!

We couldn’t be happier with our white quartz worktops.
Dealing with Bellagio stone was a pleasure from start to finish with a highly professional service from talking our designs through with Ben , he gave us some great ideas which gave the kitchen a really glamorous finish.
Through to measuring and fitting we had no problems and felt we were dealt with in a very professional manner.

An excellent job from start to finish. Bellagio do what they say, when they say and the quality is exceptional! The advice we received was very practical and tailored to our needs. The options on price were made very clear and recommendations made on how we could save money without sacrificing quality. After 4 months of using the kitchen and having a large family gathering at Christmas we couldn't be more pleased with the kitchen counter. I would thoroughly recommend Bellagio Stone to anyone looking for a stone worktop for their kitchen.

From start to finish Bellagio Stone were fantastic. With help from George choosing the right quartz for our new installed kitchen, the fitters measuring for the template and fitting within a week. I am a kitchen designer who has been working with Bellagio Stone LTD. I have been upgrading my own kitchen and I have used Bellagio Stone for my worktop. I am very happy with the service and product they have provided to me. Employees at Bellagio are very knowledgeable and prompt with their responses to any queries I have had. I have chosen Milan quartz- which is absolutely beautiful and have been given a call to pop into the showroom to see the slab when it arrives- I really appreciated that small gesture . Their templating service was on time , efficient and the gentleman performing the templating had some good advice for me as for the best sizing options for my space, as I want to sit by the island and by the window at the same time it required some knowledge to make it work. :) Very good experience and I am chuffed with my new kitchen.

Second time we’ve had stone work(kitchen worktops/upstands) from Bellagio. They have not not disappointed! Excellent service from beginning to end. Aftercare is also very good. Currently also considering further stonework from Bellagio.
