Despite charging a 1% commission, Bluenest provides advertisements at the various property platforms as well as creates a virtual tour of our flat to provide viewers an immersive experience. Beyond that, as we required a 3-month extension of stay, Kvan will assist us to facilitate the handling over to new owners after completion.
