We recently needed some help with our HVAC unit and called Blue Mountain as an existing customer. Jose came out the next day, during a busy time in the middle of a heat wave. Jose quickly diagnosed our problem explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it. Before he left he gave us details of what happened, what he did to fix the problem, and what to do if it happens again. Jose was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and even tolerated our little pain in the neck dogs. I talked to Jennifer on the phone and also had some communication with Tami, everyone I’ve come in contact with at Blue Mountain has been pleasant to work with. I highly recommend these folks!

They were the only local company that could show up the day of my leak to assist in controlling the situation until a replacement water heater could be installed. Their price was fair, their work was completed in a reasonable timeframe, and they were professional. Blue Mountain will be our first choice going forward.

Blue Mountain was there when we needed them --when our AC died during the June 2024 heat waive. Despite our system having some age on it, they were able to find the replacement air handler motor and install it quickly. Their technician was both courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Blue Mountain.

Our water heater stopped working. I had recently drained it and realized I had accidentally turned the power on too early and had fried the heating elements. Jason was able to come out same day to Harrisonburg even though he had to finish a job in Fishersville. I had text updates and a call when he was on the way. Jason was super friendly and quick. He had a spare part on hand and was able to change it quickly. $352 for the heating element and service. Just glad I didn’t need a new tank! I will definitely call Blue Mountain again and a big thanks for Jason working a long day!

Nate came to the house late on a Friday evening to see what was wrong w/our AC unit. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and remained an additional 15 minutes to make sure the temperature started to cool before he left for the weekend
