Kathy on the phones was extremely helpful with scheduling and getting Bobby out to the house to help out. They were especially helpful as I had to cancel my original appointment due to a medical emergency.
Once Bobby got to the house, he was extremely professional and friendly. He worked diligently and was extremely considerate of our space and ensuring that he contained the mess from our sewage drain to the room it was in. He explained what he was doing, fixed it quickly and was on his way.
I will absolutely call Blue Chip again for any future plumbing needs.

My concrete sink and toilet had to be removed while water proofing on my basement was being done so I worked with Blue Chip Plumbing on this. I am really glad I chose to do so!!! Tyler was the technician who worked on my project and he really took the time to remove and reinstall everything right in place. He focused on the details well and even bolted down our new sink to make sure everything was in place. I really appreciate all the time and care he took for the project.
Customer service was also really good. When I changed my mind a few times, Jeff was really good about it and worked through the many options with me. If I had any issues or questions that needed to be inspected in person, he would come by day of.
Price is really fair for the work done and would recommend and use them for future jobs. Thanks!

Blue Chip plumbing tested our backflow valve for the sprinkler system. The plumber was nice, professional, and just a pleasant guy. He was efficient and I felt that I got good service and value for the cost. I would recommend them without reservation.
