I have been very satisfied with my experience at this facility, as storing my items has been seamless with no issues. However, I recently received a notice that the rental rate for my small storage unit will increase by $20. While I understand periodic adjustments may be necessary, I find this increase substantial for the size of my unit. As a result, I am exploring alternative storage options to better suit my budget. 70.99 to 90.99

We rented from them for about 5 years. From day one, we were always greeted with a smile and a wave. All the staff have always been so kind and helpful. They also have lots of items in the office to help with your moving needs. Thanks for taking good care of us and our belongings!

I have been really grateful for ModStorage's facilities and staff over the past year and a half that I've been renting there. Linda and her team are amazing and incredibly helpful! I highly recommend the shipping container units for the value and for how clean they keep your belongings.

Great online deal that did not end up being a "bait n switch." Move in could not have been easier with such a friendly and professional staff. I appreciated that the office and facility was clean and well cared for.

I was just moving down from Washington and had reserved a unit. The customer service was on par, even with the new employee training. Very friendly and helpful people. Highly recommend.

The electronic side of things can get a bit tricky. We have had trouble getting the app to connect to the entry and storage door locks. But, overall, Linda is very friendly and helpful in the whole process.

ModStorage has always been my go to for my storage needs! Linda has been there forever and she is very helpful and knowledgeable. She makes the process easy and is always willing to answer any questions or explain anything on the contract to you. Month to month my ass. The management lady wanted a 3 month minimum. We had a reservation and payment ready but when we drove over an hour we were greeted with the utmost disrespect. This lady is rude. This will be my first time experiencing this kind of treatment in Wyoming, we asked questions and got backlash She wanted to up charge us and say we needed 3 months worth and car insurance on a unit? You mean regular property insurance right??... What are you talking about.( It didn't say you needed this in the quote. Nothing on your website says this and when we reserved the unit there were no extra fees or nothing. They also charge you an extra fee a month for opening the gate (keyless access they call it)... On top of the insurance which also isn't stated. Even your other employee agreed with us, he was surprised just as much as us. It says month to month on all your signs?? False advertisement much? Idk why we got this treatment for just basic questions it's your job to be nice and answer them. Maybe she doesn't like out of staters but we just moved here over 2 months ago and never have I received this much issue with storage units... She didn't even want to prorate us and the bad thing is she wasn't even in the office had her maintenance guy do the job and she sounded awful on the phone Rude rude rude. What a waste of time. I'm glad everyone else got a good service here but damn what did we do??? Sorry for asking about more information. I just wanted to know more about the unit and why the extra pricing Will not be coming back here. I'll just take my business elsewhere. Just wow.

Hi Brittany, My apologies that I wasn't there in person and able to meet your partner and work with him directly. Since you remained in the vehicle, it seems we have some communication glitches. I was trying to help my maintenance person help the man who came in through the phone as I was tending to other business. And I apologize for the short term commitment (by the month, not up front) required for the web rate. Rates are at an all-time low so a few months is all that we require (by the month on the 1st) and I do apologize that there were communication issues. We were happy to rent to you at the standard rate with no commitment; and, my maintenance person offered a smaller unit or outdoor parking to save you money. We were happy to answer all of your questions, but I did hear a man say in the background, he wasn't interested at the standard rate so assumed you were finished with your questions and since my maintenance man does not normally deal with these situations, didn't want him to keep your partner standing there as he struggled through the software. We value the people that walk in our door and endeavor to treat everyone with the utmost respect, especially at a stressful time of moving. I sincerely hope that things go better with your day and move and we are still here to help you if you would like. Linda, GM
