Tracy and Alex have created an amazing space in Blockhouse for Yoga as well as many other holistic wellness therapies like massage, acupuncture, reiki and more! They are both very skilled yoga teachers! I have enjoyed every class I have participated in and look forward to experiencing more. If you haven't tried a class with them in studio or online, I would highly recommend it.
