As a long time client of Paul Posadas when he was with Morris-Sockle, which he abruptly left firm and went to another firm. At that time he sent out personal letters to clientele of "promised care and concern to be in place to project our legal cases" Indicating to expect his personal reach in the next few days to answer and help with questions that we would have or immediate needs, which I had,.. that he could be reached via phone or email at new firm contact information provided. NOTHING PAUL POSADAS PROMISED IN HIS "PERSONAL CLIENTELE LETTER" EVER MATERIALIZED, NOT ONE WORD, EFFORT WAS MADE BY PAUL POSADAS,.. NOR WAS HE REACHABLE OR RESPONSIVE TO MANY ATTEMPTS MADE FROM MY END. IT WAS A EPIC FAILURE AND BETRAYAL BY PAUL POSADAS THAT LEFT ME HANGING AND ABANDONED AND ULTIMATELY RAILROADED BY OPPOSING ATTORNEY.

I worked with Katrina Otto on a challenging divorce settlement and the experience far exceeded my expectations. While there were no children in the picture the shared financial portfolio, including several real estate assets, was complex and my ex-spouse and I remained sadly very far from agreement on what split would be 'fair and equitable'. Katrina worked with me to hold my ground based on the common property laws, not give in to heavily threatening letters/nonsense offers from my ex's aggressive lawyer, and to craft a response and counter offer that protected both my integrity and what financial (and emotional) security I had left. In our last of three sessions, she assisted me in reviewing the final Findings and Conclusions and Divorce Order paperwork, ensuring clear outcomes and expectations that match what was agreed upon. She caught several errors and opportunities to better protect me. I'm surprised to admit that I truly enjoyed the experience of working with Katrina - she communicated very clearly and was easy to talk to, really actually listened and was therefore quick to understand my specific situation and how to best support me. I felt confident in giving her my trust and it truly paid off - I would absolutely work with Katrina again should the need come up.
Weak, impersonal, withheld critical information pertinent to my case, and still holding on to my deposit money more than a month later past my legal representation!

They will take your money and run! Ripoff. $405.00 consultation Athena calls little before appointment says attorney not feeling well. Wasted half my day. Reschedule for another day I told athena a different # because I would be no longer at my vacation home She not only forgets to give the attorney the message she only writes down 6 numbers so the attorney has to go through 10 numbers to find the one that fits and guess what no one anwsers because no one is home! So finally 10 minutes after appointment was suppose to start they figure out I have another number! Thanks to Athena, and then the advice was to change venue. Paid for 1 hour $405.00 got 20 minutes. Total ripoff!! Real lawyers would give back.Stay away Very unprofessional.
I am not going to speak for the entire law firm, but attorney Paul Posadas and his paralegal Nancy Hull were both terrible to work with. Paul is terrible in court and attacks people with little to no knowledge, while his paralegal Nancy doesn't proof read, and makes MANY grammatical errors including the names of their client and the gender of child in orders. Their lack of attention to detail and professionalism is extremely concerning and I would not recommend them at all. He claims to have the child's best interest, but due to his attacking nature in court, that was proved to be very untrue! All they are out for is money, and that really shows when they continue to charge their client when they continually make mistakes that are not the clients fault. Before hiring these two, I highly suggest looking elsewhere for services.

I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. I hired Riley to help me with my relocation and after I had another attorney go over everything, the reason I wasn’t heard by the judge was because Riley went over the page count on my declaration. When it was time for trial, because they didn’t like going against Dennis Schroeder, they wanted $45k for a RETAINER for trial. When I shopped around, a trial retainer should only be $10-$15k. Terrible services, would never recommend. Also, when you want them to withdrawal, they will charge you for that too. I have a $900 bill because it took them 3 hours to just file THEIR withdrawal paperwork with the courts. I’d find someone else for sure!!!
