Andrzej (Blind It) provided outstanding customer service from the beginning. He takes real pride in his work, ensuring everything was perfect before leaving us. He gave us all the options for us decide which blind would work best for us and never put us under any pressure. Communication with Andrzej was extremely efficient, he provided us with all the information we needed. He left the room tidy without any dust or debris in sight! We couldn’t be more happy with our blind and the service provided. We would say this is the best customer service we have ever received from a business, truly above and beyond! Andrzej came to measure and show us the new product fly screen / blackout blind for our bifold doors we were so impressed with his polite and knowledgeable manner , he was eager to assist us to make sure we got the exact blind and came with a multiple of colours and frame to show us how it worked!! A couple of weeks later they were ready to be fitted and Andrzej fitted them perfectly I was so happy with the finished product but Andrzej is a perfectionist and didn’t leave till he was happy with everything and everything cleaned up etc . I would highly recommend his business and him to anyone . Thankyou so much Andrzej I love them and great to know I can use either the fly screen or the blackout to have complete privacy. Definitely 5 star service and product

Our conservatory needed new blinds & we chose BlindIt. We are so glad we did! Andrzej arrived on time, with exemplary customer service skills, talked us through all our options until we had the perfect blinds at a fantastic price. Great quality but so much cheaper than the bigger names. Andrzej is a perfectionist and did a great job; we absolutely love our new look conservatory and would highly recommend BlindIt!

We cannot recommend Andrzej enough 👏🏻 He fitted our perfect fit shutters in both our living room & front bedroom & wow - what a difference they have made! 😍 He is punctual, professional & a perfectionist! The blinds are of a very good quality, far superior than the likes of blinds to go etc. Wilst waiting for our blinds. Blindit also fitted my 93 year grandmas house Unfortunately she doesn't have acces to the internet.

My new kitchen blind is smashing. Andrzej has been so helpful in achieving the right colours for my new kitchen. He was very professional and cleared away everything, so all was tidy. I can't praise Andrzej enough for doing such a fab job. I can highly recommend his work.

Everything was explained to me so thorough to ensure I got what I wanted, from measuring up to getting my blinds fitted was less than 3 weeks and I’m so happy with how they look it’s exactly how I’d pictured it! Absolutely amazing service, went above and beyond at every stage and the passion for what they do is clear throughout. It's so rare that someone really cares about their work these days and they were exceptionally thorough and understood exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted to achieve in our commercial space. The end result is fantastic, our space looks like a real home from home and the blinds were up much faster than we expected. We got roller, roman and verticals and exceptionally pleased with all. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
