Unprofessional business - Stay away After more than one year, they won't send a replacement unit after they claimed that they would provide one. The story: I purchased a blender and accessories from Blendjet's website and after a while, was informed that the model I owned was on the recall list due to a risk of catching fire. Blendjet charged me, told me to destroy their dangerous product, didn't send the promised replacement, and refused to refund me. It's been over a year, and they still sell the blender on their website, so they can definitely send me a replacement. They won't simply do it, with silly excuses. In the end they've proven to be unprofessional and unreliable. They acted like a scam company with zero morals and customer care.

SCAM!! - avoid at all costs SCAM COMPANY. I bought a blender and accessories from Blendjet, then in Feb 2024 was notified that the blender I owned was on the recall list for the model bursting into flames. Blendjet have taken my money, instructed me to destroy the dangerous product they sold me, have not provided me with the promised replacement, and have refused to issue me with a refund. This has now been over a YEAR and they are continuing to sell the blender on their website, so they are absolutely capable of sending me a replacement. They are a scam company and I am disgusted by their complete lack of morals and customer care.

Recall scam! I was informed in February that I needed to destroy my current Blendjet due to a recall notice but would be sent a replacement. In July I enquired how much longer replacements would be and was told that Blendjet was a small business that had been impacted hard by this recall and that they had been shipping replacements since March and I should get a replacement soon. I noticed online that they were doing brand deals with Disney and celebrities as well as plenty of influencers but still, as of October I have not received my replacement. I have waited long enough, requested a refund, and was told that the Blendjets I saw on the 40% sale advertised by celebs etc were not the same, so they could not offer me an upgrade or refund at this time but replacements should start sending out soon. 8 months is a ridiculous amount of time to replace a blender base!

Do NOT BUY!!! I would rate 0 stars if I could. I filled my recall form out after they announced the Blendjet is dangerous. I was told it will take approximately 6 weeks to receive my replacement. It has been 8 months, I am still waiting for any information besides "we are unable to provide an exact update". Meanwhile, they have been advertising and selling new blenders the whole time. So apparently they have stock for new buyers, but not for us who received unsafe blenders? They have also now hidden comments on Facebook and other social media so new buyers are not able to see the real picture of the Blendjet company.

Scammers They had a recall and told us to stop using the blender and they will ship out a new one once we destroy it. I followed all the steps and now it’s been several months and still the company won’t send me my replacement. Very frustrating to have spent money on this junk!

BE CAREFUL - BLENJET AND ITS SAFETY RECALLS Blendjet issues recalls of dangerous blenders but never replace them. They had a safety pb with some blenders IN JANUARY 2024, I did all they asked for it. We are June 2024 and no news from them : they don't inform you , they don't replace the product , they don't give you the money back and they are unable to give you an information. Today , I saw on instagram that they did a new recall of dangerous products !! they are not trustable and honest with their custommers !! BE CAREFUL DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

ESTAFA. NO LA COMPRES UNA ESTAFA Primero te dicen que es gratis el pedido a cualquier parte del mundo, pero te cobran 30€ por mandarlo. Y luego, a los pocos meses, te dicen que han tenido un problema de fabricación y que debes tirar la batidora porque puede salir ardiendo y recibirás otra en poco tiempo. De esto hace 5 meses, he pagado, no he recibido nada y estoy sin batidora. Es la primera vez en mi vida que tengo una experiencia así con una empresa. Vergonzoso porque además ni si quiera responden a los emails.

Last just long enough to not get a refund Stopped holding a charge after about a month. Was always careful not getting it too wet, etc. It you wanna spend $50 for a months worth, go waste your money. Not happy. It lasts just long enough to not be able to get a refund.

Don't Buy it It is a piece of cheap junk. I have bought 2 of them. They broke after 1 and 3 months. They no longer hold a charge. The company only helps you troubleshoot, they will not refund or replace. The warranty is only 30 days, now I know why. Don't buy it. You will like it at first but if you actually use it, it will break down. I am so sorry I bought this and they are a terrible company for not agreeing to at least a replacement.
