Im sitting in the parking lot writing this. First time ever at blaze, Tish is amazing. She is warm and friendly, she made me feel welcome and not rushed, she was explaining the menu and overall my quick in and out was a great experience. I didnt even eat the food yet but it smells amazing! Top notch service from her and her professional authenticity. Restaurant was clean and relaxing, the drink station was clean.
My wife, son and daughter in law walked in the store and up to he counter to order. There was no one else in the store.
The guy pressing the pizza dough was the only employee visible. He continued to keep pressimg more dough without even acknowledging us.
After a couple minutes he looked at us and started to take our pizza orders. Finally, another guy came in from the back and helped finish making our pizzas.
The pizzas did taste good as usual. Although, the service in this store has definitely declined.
Was in the front of the line and the employee taking orders skipped me and took the family’s order behind me. I was on my break so I had to leave because there wasn’t enough time left for me to get food. Seriously, how do you screw something so simple up like that?
