JOSH is AMAZING!!!!! If you need an employment matter resolution call him!!! He was: polite, professional, and straightforward. I felt he was understanding and respectful when we spoke on the phone.

There's no lower rating than one star? They wasted my time with an hour long interview, told me to get documents, then send me an email saying we can't help you but contact us with other matters you may have. I have a simple judgment. Easy-peasy, just either levy or cancel a license. "Oh, we can't help you." Ok fine, whatever, but why waste my time? They expressed interest, had me start gathering documents, turned me down, invited me to try again (in my mind's eye snickering as the they did this) then said, "Oh, we can't help you."

I was very happy with how Mireya and Mona were very attentive to what I needed in my case. I needed a lot of medical services after my car accident and they made sure I got the treatment I needed. They explained and went over my case with me a few times to make sure I understood and I really appreciated that. They made it very convenient for me to get my settlement. Thank you to the staff at Blackstone.

Almost a year ago I was involved in a car accident. I’m thankful I came across Blackstone Law. Ever since my first consultation I felt like I was finally listened to about my incident. I cannot thank Diana T. enough for being there every step of the way . Since the first day I called, she took my case, and has been very helpful. I appreciate the way she would quickly handle any situation that was happening within my case . I knew that if I needed any type of guidance in regard to my case and/or had any questions, I can give her a call and she would help in any way that she could . Even when she was unsure, she would try to find a way to help me out or give me any type of advice . If she did not have an answer then and there she would reach out as soon as she did. Speaking to her , made me feel so much comfort because she was very understanding yet professional . She made sure I felt as if I can trust her and im so glad I did. I expected my case to take longer, but Blackstone exceeded my expectations . I know I couldn’t have done it without them , and of course without Diana. This law firm is a joke. Very unprofessional. Their representatives don’t know much of the law . And continually keep saying . I’m not a lawyer so I’m not sure! I will have to ask but then they never returned the call. There are too many issues with this law firm that I’m just going to say this! If you are going to call me for a potential case make sure you know the law first. it’s shameful and very unprofessional not knowing the law and not returning the call.this is some of the people I have talked to. Barbara DuVan-Clarke is THE BEST. After some issues with my, suddenly, former employer, I was shaken. I was at a loss, and I wasn't sure how to advocate for myself and handle my world crashing down around me at the same time. Within the hour, Barbara was on the phone with me, listening to me lay out the events with her, asking follow up questions, and explaining my options. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and most importantly, didn't pressure me into making decisions on the fly. Barbara made sure to stay in close contact throughout the entire case, advising, listening, and supporting. Anytime opposing counsel had something to say, anytime there was an update, any questions? I was reached out to personally. We were able to come to an amicable solution in a very short amount of time relative to the situation. Not only that, but she's stayed in touch. She reaches out to check in here and there, she responds to my questions if I have any pop up, and she always points me in the right direction if I or someone I know needs legal help in an area she doesn't specialize in. She has a strong sense of justice and a big heart. She's incredibly skilled, and just an all around pro. I adore her and have and will continue to recommend her to anyone in need of legal help.

I will forever be grateful to Blackstone Law for the closure they were able to provide for me. After speaking with several law offices and getting turned away so many times because I was either told that my case was going to be difficult to prove or that they didn't want to get involved with litigation against a big and well-known corporation. I highly recommend Blackstone Law to anyone dealing with a harassment issue at work. I was scared to share my story and go against my company, but the Blackstone lawyers fearlessly fought for me. If I could leave 10 stars I would! I had a wonderful experience with Blackstone Law. Even if they were unable to assist with my case the intake specialist handled my call with the right care and attention. Definitely recommend!

First I want to say how unhelpful this Law Firm is. I contacted this firm after me losing my job and I was wrongly terminated. I did the best I could to give them all the information so they can help me. All they did was give me the runaround waited 3 months and again looked at my case and all I got an answer was “unfortunately we can’t take your case.” Good luck on finding another attorney. And that’s exactly what I did, now I have two attorneys working on my case. I do not recommend this firm for those who have a difficult cases they will not take your case. All they’re looking for are easy winnable cases and short term. They’re not looking out for the interest of the clients when we actually do need help. When you talk to the specialist, they sound irritated and not very knowledgeable. Some of them don’t listen to what you’re saying, but overall, if your case is not black-and-white They will not help you or take your case. This was the first firm I contacted after I got the denial from them. I went to two other attorneys, and they both took my case right away.

They were very good and kind. They really cared about what I went through.
