I worked with Scott Winnegard and Baily Holleren as a tenant after 10 months of heavy construction in my rental.
Both were insensitive and difficult to work with.
Baily told me I was not allowed to be in my apartment while the HOA painted. This was the text I received after I tried to get in to get dog food,
‘You are not allowed to be there while the HOA crew is there working.
The HOA crew will let me know when they are done today and then you can enter for dog food but will need to not be there again tomorrow morning so they can finish painting the trim.’
Scott Winnegard, on the other hand dictates when people will enter my apartment in non-emergency settings. Everything is scheduled while I am at work. I’m given no choice in the scheduling after asking to be included multiple times. Basic questions, like ‘which rooms do they need access to?’ He won’t answer.
Avoid this place, the people working here don’t care.
We had a fantastic experience working with Jackson. He is professional, highly knowledgeable about the Fort Collins market, and incredibly attentive throughout every step of the process. I didn't even end up renting or purchasing a property from Jackson Lamperes with Black Bear, but I wish his management came along with the home we decided to move forward with. The most patient realtor I have ever worked with. Thorough, honest, and straight to the point. You can't ask any more of an associate to help with your next place to live. If I look to buy in the CO area in the future, I'll be calling Jackson again.
