Buna seara, va multumim pentru feedback! Ne puteti spune ce problema ati intampinat? Echipa noastra este intotdeauna pregatita sa va asiste in timpul programului de lucru. Daca ati intampinat o eroare tehnica si nu ati fost ajutat in timp util, cu siguranta este din cauza faptului ca aceasta eroare a avut loc in afara programului de lucru. Erorile tehnice sunt extrem de rare daca ne raportam la miile de tranzactii care au loc prin reteaua noastra nationala de ATM-uri. Speram ca la utilizarile urmatoare sa nu mai intampinati astfel de neplaceri. O seara frumoasa!

Ma chinui de o zi sa imi iau bani de pe un ticket care am uitat sa platesc fee avand binance , m-au sunat in cursul seri sa imi spuna ca atm-ul nu da 2550 de lei si daca sunt de acord sa imi faca un ticket de 2500 am fost de acord si de la ora 20.00 pana la ora aceasta nici un mesaj, email nimic programul este pana la 21.00 Rusine ! Nu recomand atm-urile lor daca aveti binance folositi cardul binance .
