Terrible customer service. An if you read through reviews have a lot of people return faulty vapes to be told there to blame. No refund or exchange even tho have the receipt. Even tho were told had receipt which gives you a 28 day guarantee. My money will be spent elsewhere.
On behalf of Bitandpieces Vape, we would firstly like to state that we are sorry to hear that you have experienced issues when using your vape kit.
All staff members at Bitandpieces Vape are fully trained and aim to provide a helpful and supportive ongoing service for our new and existing customers.
I understand that you may have been upset when visiting the store and more disappointed when you were asked for the product box with warranty codes so that the staff members could proceed with your refund or exchange. As this is Manufactures policy and requirement for returns within the 30/60 day warranty depending on manufacturer.

Terrible service. Vape broke with in a week had receipt and still refused to exchange it. Wont be going there again.

We would like to say this is a very unfair review as it was not yourself who had the issue with your vape kit it was your mother Joanne Otoole who has already left a review.
As we said in your mother’s review, we are sorry about the experience you’ve had but without product boxes we are unable to give exchanges or refunds as they contain warranty codes. All Manufacturers require product boxes and warranty codes for exchanges or refunds.

Be aware, staff maybe cussing you behind your back. Absolutely crazy! My sister went In there because she lost her card and asked them to check their CCTV which they did. They pointed my other sister out and started cussing her out but they didn't know we are sisters. Absolutely abhorrent behaviour by the staff, how horrific is that?! Extremely unprofessional too.
