Ako tražite mjesto gdje se spajaju vrhunski okusi, ugodna atmosfera i iznimna usluga, Bistro 9:45 je pravi izbor! Hrana je doslovno 100/10 – sve što smo probali bilo je na vrhunskom nivou, pripremljeno s puno pažnje i iskustva. Cijene su više nego pristupačne, a uz to imaju i odličan izbor vina.
Posebno bismo istaknuli mladog chefa i vlasnika, Erika, koji svojim znanjem, ljubaznošću i prijateljskim pristupom čini iskustvo još posebnijim. Njegova strast prema kuhanju osjeti se u svakom jelu.
Tijekom boravka smo ovdje jeli svaki dan i svaki put je bilo fantastično! Topla preporuka svima – sigurno nećete požaliti! :)
Accidentally we decided to stop here for food and it was the best decision we could have made. The food was amazing, very good value for money. I had pumpkin soup and smash burger while my partner had duck. In the end we also split desert, which was also perfect. My partner has celiac disease and the staff made sure that his food is gluten free. All in all a great place to stop while in this area.
We are from Australia and had the good fortune to visit Cafe 9:45 in November 2024. I seriously consider the experience one of the best we had during an 8-week European trip. The welcoming from the host/chef and willingness to make a couple who do not speak Slovenian so welcome was so heartwarming. The food was amazing and wine parings exquisite! We loved our experience so much we went back the following night. The perfect 5-star reviews and not for nothing. Just go there!

Ambiente riservato, intimo e con pochi coperti. Cibo ottimo al di sopra delle aspettative con preparazioni e impiattamenti curati ed equilibrati. Servizio ottimo guidato da Erik e dalla sua passione e cura per i dettagli, insieme agli assaggi di vari vini prima delle portate scelte. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
