The initial purchase of our Freeflow spa was great, but the after-sales support has been non-existent. Within two years, the spa started leaking, and getting a response from Bishops required endless follow-ups. When they finally showed up, they were dismissive and unhelpful.
We eventually had to hire an outside technician to fix the leaks, but the issues have continued. We’ve owned the spa for five years and it’s been unusable for half that time. It’s now just a broken pile of junk in our yard. They care about the sale, but clearly don’t believe in customer service. Avoid.
We are first time hot tub owners and our experience shopping with Bishop’s outdoor living was excellent.

We recently bought our salt water hot tub from Bishop’s, and are very happy with it! The service was great, knowledgeable staff that have continued to provide advice and guidance on maintenance. The delivery went very smooth, the team was great to deal with and extremely professional. I would recommend Bishop’s to anyone looking for spa’s!
First time shopping at Bishop's we stopped by to start our research on outdoor patio furniture. Had the pleasure of meeting Randy and his team within an hour, we had made a decision. Received everything yesterday and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good quality product and excellent customer service.
Very happy with our saltwater hot tub we purchased from Randy very fair with pricing and the customer service was great had some laughs, had an issue with an electrician we had hired for the install called the store and Randy went out if his way didn't have to and had an electrician he deals with all the time my fault should have asked prior but the fella came out and fixed it within an hour l, that's customer service above and beyond Randy didn't have to do anything but went out if his way to make sure we were happy with the total outcome and we are so happy soaking in saltwater hottub now, and Charlene thank you so much for testing our water and giving us a great map to maintaining our water, will be back in the future, thank you so much for the great experience.
