Jonathan alone was amazing. He explains everything in detail, goes the extra distance to ensure you have all the correct information. He was courteous and such a pleasure to talk to. Birnie’s worked within our unique circumstances to keep our costs lower but it did not affect the level of service. It actually exceeded and they, including Jonathan went above and beyond for us. I will most certainly use their services once again.

With the torrential rains of July 15 and 16 we realized that we needed a new sump pump system with backup that we could rely on. We called Birnie Plumbing and Drains. They did not disappoint! They sent Harrison out the next day. He was knowledgeable and knew how to proceed. He gave us our options which were well explained to us. The work was completed the following day. He did a most thorough and neat job, answering all our questions. He will be returning to do more work for us next week. We are so relieved to have chosen such a quality business!!

Not to be trusted. They took the credit card information. And withdrawal the payment. And did not fixed the issue. Left me in distressed. I lefted many messages. No follow-ups. No return call. Caution.

Had issues with sewer lines with tree roots. Daniel came introduced himself and told me what he was going to do and recommend solutions. He was able to fix the problems and recommended how to go forward. Fantastic person and did the job. If I need help again I will definitely ask for him

My Friday started very poorly. A pipe on my toilet broke and within 10 minutes there was water on all 3 levels of my home. With one call I had someone on the way. Charlie did an amazing job, he even fixed my bathroom sink, which had not worked properly since I bought the house. Would not hesitate to call them again!

Tech was very professional, very informative. Signed up for the members plan for a discount. Was a little more expensive than I expected, but I wasn't sure what to expect. Still quality, and clean work

We had a leak happen overnight and woke up to water all over our bathroom. Charlie arrived quickly and was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. He was knowledgeable, professional and had great customer service!! Should we ever be in need of plumbing services again, we would absolutely request Charlie specifically for the job!
