Had squirrels between upper & lower floor, called Birch, they sent 2 techs out. Techs reviewed the plan with us, found the entrance, addressed the issue. Very knowledgeable crew, excellent workmanship. Will use Birch again.

Impressive, very knowledgeable and effective team

Service Manager Mark's nemesis, his white whale, is carpenter ants. He deals with them personally, and takes pride in finding where they're hiding, and rooting them out. His inspection was thorough, and he quickly identified where the ants were making their way into our home, and his guestimate quote was both reasonable and pretty much bang on accurate. He came back within a few days, and his work was very thorough. No more ants making it into the house, and we've sealed up cracks wherever he identified them. He was open and informative the whole time, and made sure to complete the job day-of, despite some technical difficulties (which were completely out of his hands) so he didn't leave us waiting over the weekend for him to get done. I recommend Birch, and Mark in particular, if you have any carpenter ant problems of your own.

I highly recommend this company & their professional personal. The first call was to assess the issue with a tree. Response time for assessment & estimate was 45 minutes. Treatment within 10 days. Price, less than quoted! I was not home, but received a call about my windows open & the little dog inside. The team returned within 1.5 hours. I cannot express enough my gratitude.

They were very professional and pleasant. Unfortunately my first appointment date it rained but they called early to reschedule which was only a few days wait. The exterminator was very nice and was able and answer any questions I had. I definitely would recommend them and if I need an exterminator in the future I’ll definitely call Birch Fumigators.

Phoned Birch last week when I noticed a lot of ant nests in my yard. They were very professional on the phone and booked me in quickly. Brian was my tech today and he was fantastic, he answered all my questions and helped me understand what he was doing and what to expect going forward. I'm quite happy with the service and won't hesitate to phone them again when/if the need arise.

Birch Fumigators came out to address a spider issue. We were very impressed with the thorough job Melissa and Dalton did. Brian, the operations manager, was a pleasure to deal with booking the appointment, and it was nice to receive a call a few days later to make sure issue was taken care of.

I have a contract with Birch for rodent control. This season I called the office about other issues too. In particular, I found a dead bird on my sidewalk (ugh). I telephoned and the dispatcher checked for a technician working in the neighbourhood. They promptly responded, came to the house, and removed the (sad) dead bird. Service above and beyond expectations.

Great service! Ants are gone!

I called Birch Fumigators to deal with a large ant problem in my yard. They booked an appointment for that same week. I was expecting a huge price tag for this work and was surprised that when I got the bill....It was almost half of what I expected! I want to add a shout out to Diana for her excellent service. It was an extremely hot day and she endured it with a smile and humour. She was very thorough and did a great job. I haven't seen an ant outside yet. In today's world it's sometimes difficult finding dedicated employees and you have one there. She was a dream to work with.

We had a problem with squirrels and contacted Birch for help. From the beginning the office staff, field staff and management were exemplary. Their service was outstanding and prompt. I would have no problem in recommending this company to family and friends.

Nope, cannot recommend them. When I booked with them for a nice infestation in a rental, I was given an appointment. The day arrived and they no showed with no call - end of business day I called in and they rescheduled for a later day in the week. That day arrived, and I was waiting and again, no show. When I called the main phone line (this time frustrated), I got a lippy front desk girl who had the nerve to tell me because I was a PO that I should know not to be frustrated with their lack of professionalism. I got reimbursed for the treatment, filed a BBB complaint (which was wildly unhelpful, btw), and used one of their much better competitors. Just don’t go here. They’ll waste your time. EDIT: While the GM here says they don’t charge up front, I paid in advance for the second round of extermination to my rental when the servicemen was in the house - so they absolutely charge ahead. Cancelled that second round after repeated appointment no shows and went elsewhere.
