We recently hired them due to the rat and mice problem we had. We are based in Central London and unfortunately mice and rats are very common issue. Albert arrived the same day, dealt with the matter in professional way, explain everything very clearly. Ewa his partner is a very nice and accommodating lady.
I would highly recommend for anyone this pest control service in London.
Waste of time and money.
I contacted them for a bedbug issue, and after three treatments, we still have bedbugs. Extremely disappointed with the results.

Albert of Bioactive Pest Control has been to my house on a number of occasion to help with a mouse problem, some years apart, but both infestations successfully dealt with - more recently he visited as we thought there might be a bedbug problem, brought in by a visitor to the house. Happily on this occasion he could find no evidence of bedbugs (thank goodness). He very kindly spent time explaining the lifecycle of bedbugs and what he would have expected to see. He even suggested that he would be happy to visit the visitors house to see if there was an ongoing problem there. I cannot more highly recommend these guys. From the very helpful Ewa in the office to the lovely, calm Albert, you could do no better than to use this company, especially when you are under stress and dealing with things you don’t really want to deal with!!

Technician attended the site and told us there was nothing that could be done and that we needed to live with the situation. No solutions offered. An upsetting situation and one we paid for! Another company has since located and treated the problem and found the entry point which has brought great relief.

Super service - excellent results
Prior to Bioactive, we used a household name competitor. The contrast with Bioactive was huge. Ewa and site colleagues have proved to be very helpful, efficient and – most importantly – super successful in eliminating problems . If anyone has an ant problem and thinks your local hardware store ant spray will solve this issue, you should see the amazing results that these guys can achieve!

Advice to consumers. For peace of mind, only use traders listed on Which? This is how I came to use the services of Bioactive Pest Control to help eradicate a serious moth infestation in my home. I cannot praise this company enough. If you have a problem with household pests, look no further. Bioactive is trustworthy, concerned with client safety, and renders a high-quality service.
From my initial contact with Ewa, the service offered was sterling. She helped calm my nerves and an appointment was booked within 48 hours. The Bioactive Pest Control Specialist, Albert, who is patient, professional and sympathetic, identified the problem as a moth infestation, and explained to me the procedure, which would be carried out in a two-week period, followed by a third visit if needed within a month's time. He also detailed the fogging and the insecticides used to eradicate the problem. The job was started in the next few days, the results were immediate and I could finally relax and begin to enjoy my flat once again. Recently had a new ktichen rennovation work done on my home so this caused some infestation of mice in my home which I was not happy about. Called Biopest as I liked the information that was added on their webpage. The technician came & did a good inspection around my home & advised me on the best way to make my home proofed against future infestations. I was very happy with his advice & he also added further measures on points of my home where the problem was occurring. I was very happy with the service they provided & also thanks to Eva for her kind & reassuring manner when I called to make a booking.
