in brief, they are really professional and the reports they provide are comprehensive. they have my deep appreciation for helping me and my son out in a very difficult situation.
in detail: my son and i were had purchased day 5 tests-to-release from rightangled. neither test could be registered online on countless attempts and the company totally ghosted us when we tried contacting them.
we were forced by circumstances to go to biogroup in notting hill and get my son tested (sat); they said the test results would come in the next day (sun) by 8 pm but actually they were in my inbox on sun morning 8 am. my son had to provide proof of negative covid test early on mon morning, so the fact that we had the results during the weekend relieved all the previous stress we had experienced.
my heartfelt thanks to the notting hill biogroup staff for their outstanding support and professionalism.

A very professional group of young people. They were speedy and polite.
There was a particularly memorable and charming young man called Alec or Albert or Alan or somesuch. He made quite the impression on the eye… ;) I’ll be having a weekly precautionary PCR test every Wednesday from now on, hoping he’s working.

Terrible service! Avoid my any means... Contact department (by phone) is super unprofessional, cant and don't want to handle any problems. Have attitudes.
They Failed to accept test from day 2, no explanation given and no refund, lady on the phone is clueless. Postage Label were missing on the envelope DAY 8 and they refused to send new one and refund for the one i had to buy, their mistake as well.
Use other companies. Will report to gov.uk
P.S. they try to hide feedbacks in google.
Unprofessional, low cost operation. Front-desk staff untrained & clueless - didn't know basic information about timings of home tests etc. Can't trust my family's travel plans to this kind of operation... which also has no telephone number. Pay a tiny bit more and get more certainty. Worryingly, there was zero social distancing taking place inside... not a good sign!
My Test-to-Release result was lost, and I only found this out two days after my test. Biogroup were completely unhelpful. I only found out my test was lost after emailing, calling three times, and then having to break quarantine to go to the Notting Hill Clinic and demand an explanation, where I was promised it would be emailed to me within one hour.
After one hour, I returned to the clinic, only to be told it was lost. According to the very earnest and frustrated employees in the clinic, this happens all the time. They also talked about other customers that day who had missed flights because their results were also lost.
What an absolutely awful experience I have had, and now I have to quarantine for another two days.

I’m very sorry but I never had that bad experience with customer service and with that high levels of unprofessional company ever. Just liars and a big fraudsters. I feel some one just stole the money from me.They are illegally offering to change the time on the tests and probably other things as well! I never did it but I have to report this company to government because they are also a government test provider.
