Bad Company
I Called the company Bioaire Air Conditioning Solutions a girl answered, could not answer my question so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was shouting at her in chinese and said to her dont bother about the customer she is crazy. So I asked to exercise the free servicing in the package, they say cann't. Only allow 4 months later. If the gas cylinder is spoilt, the entire flat's aircon wont work. This is an adjustment in the compressor for living room to blow hot air. Workers are never the bad people . The company culture is a reflection from the managment. The bosses taught their staff to upsell and scold their staff if no upsell is made, hence the technicians work this way at customers' place. I submitted to case on this issue. I hope more people are aware of this company. If you are willing to pay for all the additional services, I'm sure they may or may not do it well. But if you reject their upsell, good luck.
