Bad Company I Called the company Bioaire Air Conditioning Solutions a girl answered, could not answer my question so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was shouting at her in chinese and said to her dont bother about the customer she is crazy. So I asked to exercise the free servicing in the package, they say cann't. Only allow 4 months later. If the gas cylinder is spoilt, the entire flat's aircon wont work. This is an adjustment in the compressor for living room to blow hot air. Workers are never the bad people . The company culture is a reflection from the managment. The bosses taught their staff to upsell and scold their staff if no upsell is made, hence the technicians work this way at customers' place. I submitted to case on this issue. I hope more people are aware of this company. If you are willing to pay for all the additional services, I'm sure they may or may not do it well. But if you reject their upsell, good luck.

They thoroughly explained the installation process, addressed all my questions, and ensured I was fully comfortable with each step before moving forward. Efficiency: The installation was completed swiftly and efficiently. The team demonstrated a high level of expertise and worked together flawlessly. They also made sure to keep the work area clean and organized, which I greatly appreciated. Quality of Work: The new air conditioner is functioning flawlessly, and I’ve already noticed a substantial improvement in my home’s cooling. The technicians also gave me valuable tips for maintaining the unit to ensure optimal performance, which was incredibly helpful. Customer Service: What impressed me the most was their dedication to customer satisfaction. A follow-up call a few days later to check that everything was functioning properly truly highlighted their commitment to providing top-notch service. Overall, I highly recommend them for any air conditioning needs. Their professionalism, efficiency, and customer care are exceptional, and I’m sure anyone who chooses their services will be just as satisfied as I am.

Dishonest I had a very bad experience with a technician named Wong from this company. He was unprofessional, inefficient, and added undisclosed charges. He falsely claimed the aircon needed refilling, wasted time, and didn't work properly. I've used aircon for years without such issues. I won't recommend Bioaire Air Conditioning Solutions due to their unfair response and the technician's dishonest behavior.

Rude Behaviour The BioAire team did not provide excellent service when installing aircon units. Their work isn't clear and professional! Hayden's conduct is very disrespectful. He was not attentive or helpful to us! I will not be using their services again!

Poor quality of service, terrible (understatement) after sales service. Extremely rude, sarcastic and offensive front line staff - lack basic etiquettes to communicate with customers. Concur with most the poor reviews you see about them. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Waiting service after several phone calls to office & service staff who neglect the calls and no response. Water dripping after installed 04 Mar 2020 and not functioning after it . We have complaint & waiting service after several calls. They come down service for twice during one month and still out of order. We are waiting response for service and no show after confirm timing on 05 Apr 2020. is it the issue from product of "Panasonic Brand" or the service team ?

Terrible service and charge us $40 for their mistake. No job done. Mentioned compressor can fit but installer came and say no compatible. That's how they earn their money.
