A prompt response to my leaking pipe! Excellent service, can’t recommend highly enough!

Quickly came out on a Bank Holiday. He quickly and effectively sorted out the drainage problem. He did a great job for a fair price. I would highly recommend.

We called this service in an emergency when our dishwasher drainage pipe broke and leaked under our cupboards. The professional came out swiftly (despite it being a Friday night) and helped us diagnose the problem and fixed it fast. He also helped us remove the water and was patient with our questions. Friendly service and very reliable! Would definitely recommend!

Very good service to unblock a sewage drain , came after working hours and did so in the time he stated . Very happy and reasonable cost . I would have given 5 stars but I did struggle a bit with the language barrier with English but overall very happy and satisfied .

Highly recommend using these guys for any plumbing and all issues! Very responsive to texts and calls. Managed to find and solve the problem in my flat quickly and the finished repairs were very clean. Fixed a leak with my bath and shower sealant and repaired a major leak into my fuse box from the upstairs flat. An absolute life saver 🤙🏻

We absolutely love Billy! I’ve never met anyone so skilled and reliable in a trade. He’s been out to our studio in S8 twice now and delivered outstanding service both times. But I’m especially grateful for his late-night visit to my home in S12 on a Sunday, when everything went wrong with our outside drains. The house was flooding, but Billy immediately identified the problem and got straight to work. He fixed the issue quickly - something to do with our external drainage system (which I don’t fully understand!) and even went above and beyond by repairing a pipe I’d damaged trying to fix it myself. To top it all off, he cleaned and swept the entire driveway, which now looks better than it did before. Billy is a genuine superstar and officially part of my emergency contact list now. Excellent service. Attended when he said he would and fully investigated and explained the drainage issue. He quoted a price and immediately carried out the work to a high standard. Very pleased with the work and would definitely use again for any drainage and plumbing issue.

In particular, Billy Plumbing helped us out after a different plumbing company had charged us lots of money and not fixed anything. Billy Plumbing stepped in and found the source of the leak and worked hard to get everything fixed. Prices were fair too
