I came in with a chipped tooth at short notice and the Dentist worked her magic. I forgot to bring my retainer so the task was made more difficult by my own carelessness. I didn’t catch her name but thanks a lot. You really care about what you do and I am grateful for the work done.
Ps retainer still fits ok!

Very disappointed only care about making money.
They kick people off the NHS list when they haven’t been for a while. Which is ridiculous, you don’t go to your doctor every 6/12 months if there is nothing wrong do you? Definitely aiming for a private practise just counting the money..:

You have it wrong Phil Brooks. We are proud to offer an exceptional NHS service. Our contract with the NHS is the same now as it has always been so we are seeing no more or fewer patients. We remind patients that have not seen us in a while to make a dental appointment. If you don't we have other patients that would like the opportunity to see a NHS dentist and that is what the NHS would like us to do. If the dentist has asked to see you in 6 months it's not a money making making exercise, it's because they care about your dental health and want to ensure disease is prevented before it occurs.

The actual visit to the dentist was fine. Efficient and fixed my tooth ache. My biggest problem was the wait I had to actually get it fixed. After ringing early June for an emergency appointment, the next available "emergency appointment" was early August. 3 months just to be seen. The once I saw the dentist and she determined my problem, I then needed to book another appointment to get the problem addressed. The 1st available appointment for that was 12th October. So from initial phone call to having my emergency fixed was 5 and a half months. Far from satisfactory in my opinion.

Hi Kathryn, I am pleased to hear you are free from toothache. Finding a reliable and knowledgeable dentist is extremely challenging especially one that gives excellent value for money as we do. I am utterly disappointed you have rated us as 1 star despite us providing care that you are happy with. To give you an insight my team have given up their annual leave, worked throughout lockdowns, we have increased our working hours outside of the lockdown, we have invested in specialist ventilation and all with a smile on our face. All calls are triaged according to the severity of your problem whilst attempting to keep you with a dentist you are familiar with and trust. Fantastic Colin. We are fortunate to have some wonderful hygienists and as such, they do get booked in advance. We always recommend to book your next appointment before you leave, so you get the day and time mist convenient for you.

I went to see the hygienist who was excellent! He was so gentle on my normally very sensitive teeth and very reassuring as I can be anxious around them being touched. A pain free experience which left me with super clean teeth. Everything in the practice was very clean and there are suitable COVID measures in place. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back myself (already booked in) or recommend on to friends and family.

Had a new dentist this visit and I much prefer him and have requested future visits will be with him. Good advice given regarding a sensitivity issue I have with a tooth at the back of my mouth. So 5 stars are for the male dentist
Previous dentist recommended I go and see a gum specialist which cost me £700 to have the gum cleaned at the back of that one sensitive tooth, last visit to dentist I was told i have very good gums!!! Very disappointed with the referral and what happened, I feel I have been conned out of £700 so

I recently had clear smile braces with Sheena at Billericay dental care and I couldn’t recommend it more. The whole process was quick and everything was explained so well. Everyone is so friendly and helpful trying to fit you in last minute. I am so pleased with the results- anyone that wants braces definitely go to Sheena!

The best dentists I have been too and excellent at easing my seven year old son that he came out saying, “That was good!” Very thorough and great explanations on recommendations for treatments which can help stop any problems in the future. I have recommended and will continue to do so!!

Friendly, polite, knowledgeable, only recently changed from our old dentist who we had been with for 20 plus years in our local area.
Sadly, they cared more about the cosmetic side and the quality of dentist had dropped.
George is extremely personable, will talk through every option and advise you against work if he doesn’t deem it necessary.
Very happy with our choice of new dentist.

I can say the Billericay Dental Care provide excellent treatment I have now attended the practice an a number of occasion (Unfortunately) but each time the treatment as been first class and I would look now where else for treatment
