Excellent service. Ordered Ultegra Di2 Groupset. Unfortunately my choice of chainset was out of stock. Michael gave me option of refund or send remaining items of groupset, and forward Chainset when available,date supplied. I chose the latter. Excellent communication and look forward to using again.

Says shop on website, its actually a house. Went with my 6 year old and 4 year olds bikes to be looked at. To get told its appointments only. I cant see anywhere in the description that says that

Thank you for your review, it does say clearly on the website that we specialise in Road, Timetrial and Triathlon bikes and explains the process for booking an appointment.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you but we do not work on kids bikes, BMX bikes or Mountanbikes so that we can provide the best service and standards possible for the type of bikes we specialise in.
I hope you managed to get your bikes looked at.

Recently I decided to treat myself to a new Di2 groupset. After trawling the web came across the Bike Doctor. VERY competitively priced so I pulled the trigger and ordered. A few days later I decided that a Saturday delivery would be needed and contacted Michael via WhatsApp. He couldn't have been more helpful and Saturday delivery was arranged late on Thursday. He kept me in the loop throughout.
I would highly recommend this guy for your cycling needs! I for one have saved the site in my browser favourites!!!

I purchased two items for a bike I'm in the process of building. Both items were competitively priced and the customer service from Michael was great - one of the items was temporarily out of stock and he was quick to message and let me know. He then kept me informed regarding the availability and delivery was quick once back in stock. Would definitely recommend and will happily use again!
Can't recommend enough.
Purchased an entire groupset, and had the option for shorter cranks (hard to find everywhere else! ) from these guys.
