I hired BIJI for hair and makeup during my stay in Dubai. BIJI did a great job on my hair and makeup services. She took her time and was thorough with all of the steps. She made sure to check in with me multiple times while doing my make up to make sure I happy with everything. She also has a great personality! I highly recommend to hire BIJI for all your makeup and hair services in Dubai!
Very accommodating and punctual, got us ready so efficiently and the makeup stayed on all night! Highly recommend

Complete disaster and disappointment
I ordered makeup for my daughter for her prom already 3 weeks infront.
They confirmed the hour and the location where they will come to do the makeup.
On the day the makeup artist didn’t appear on agreed time, and come instead agreed 3.50pm only at 5.10pm.
The makeup she done was complete disaster
My daughter washed everything off, cried, delayed the preprom party with her friends and went to prom without makeup.
They advertised that are from Dubai, but came from Sharjah.
The whole service was totally unprofessional
Definitely not recommending but avoid in large circle

As an owner of company I get into this matter.
Our artist have some missing information about timings we noted 5 pm start time but your ready time is 5, So we have to start at 3pm, Its our mistake we heartily apology.
But as you said about our bad work we did-on your daughter. Let me clear-told when we reach your location already your daughter's hair work is not upto mark as you told us.
Your daughter is upset and also doubt on our artist for makeup.
First we did only eye makeup and she love it and then she agree to do full face.
After full makeup done all the members of family is happy and paid all the pending amount.
Also
We are home Service provider so we serve all emirates. Our artist visit all the locations.
Mainly our most of the clients are from Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi.
Give us a chance to serve you again as a owner I will personally give you complimentary makeup service. ❤️
