I love this company because you can schedule your junk pickup online in just a few minutes and they are always on time. They are always willing to help with any questions and they are really easy to work with. I also like that they offer a wide range of services and they even take care of the recycling for me. Actual owner and an employee showed up. Very speedy and fair with pricing. I was moving out of an apartment complex and needed a couple of items removed (couch, old bed frame, other random junk, etc.). On short notice owner came literally same day and took everything out without charging me extra. Quoted me $80 less than someone else I called too. Didn't bump a single wall, took it all in less than 1hr. He even grabbed a couple of extra items free of charge. Crazy friendly, will use again

I highly recommend Big River Junk Removal. Steve and the team were incredibly accommodating to come out on a Sunday. They were on time and very efficient. They quoted two loads and got done in 1 1/2.
