Just terrible. No support, no help, and over priced. Door seals failed in less than 6 months from installation and they take ZERO responsibility for the product. They dodge emails and calls for weeks on end and then just completely stop replying. Their answer to any problems? ITS YOUR PROBLEM. Please, there are many other companies making the same type of items, buy your anywhere else and save the frustration and expense

Exceptional Customer Service and Quality of Door
I had the best experience with Bighorn Iron Doors. The sales consultant, JoAnne, was extremely helpful with my custom iron door.
Omar and his son came to install my door yesterday. They did a fantastic job and are both very courteous and professional. My expectations of how the door would look were FAR exceeded.

Bighorn Iron Doors is amazing and shows through their actions they care about not only their customers, but also, potential customers. I contacted them through Google, they quickly responded, and although I needed services their company does not provide, Dan went out of his way to help me find someone who could help me, and fast! I ordered a door from them in October and it was going to be the end of January before they could ship and the shipping was to be $600. I ended up finding one closer with $150 shipping that I already have installed. I cancelled the order Nov 11 and have STILL Not received my refund and today is Nov 30. I have called and e mailed and I am being told by Jay the salesman he is looking into it and he will let me know why it is taking so long but he has yet to answer my call and has only replied to my e mail once to say he is checking but NO answer as to where my money is or why the delay in sending it. The door was pretty but there are MANY pretty doors I need a company that will actually have customer service if I need it.
Although it took longer than anticipated, I am incredibly pleased with my new entrance doors. The quality is excellent, the installation quick and clean the installers or professional and courteous.. I’m sure the value of my property has increased.

Just received our beautiful Custom door from Big Horn Iron Doors. The entire process was very pleasant. We worked with Jay Teer who is extremely knowledgeable about his product, super professional, and a joy to work with. Fair and reasonably priced .
We opted to have them install our door and are glad we did. There is definitely a science to proper installation and they did an amazing job. We could not be happier with our new door. Glad we went custom and it was worth the wait. Will be using them again for our next door.

Big Horn Iron Doors is a quality company. I found them after working with a competitor who stole my money and never delivered my doors. Jay (the salesperson) was extremely consultative and he assured me that I would be happy with the end product(s). I certainly am! Big Horn crafted a front door and an office wall/door. Both are beautiful. In addition to Jay, the office staff, and the installation team are great to work with. I highly recommend Big Horn Iron Doors!

I ended up buying an older home, just to buy something, but it didn’t take long for me to accept I was miserable in that house with no curve appeal… I immediately started looking into ways to improve the house, and a new door was desperately needed. I spent a whole year looking for a door everywhere. They were either way too expensive, or no one wanted to get involved into reframing a single door to a double door. I finally came across The Big Horn Iron Doors, without even calling, I walked in to the warehouse in Garland with the picture of a door I thought I wanted. Bryan Lopez was standing outside, and he walked me to his office. He invited me to take a look at his inventory, that’s when I found my dream door. We talked about cost, and the reframing of the door was driving up my cost. I started resigning myself to buy another single door, when Bryan said: “No, you came here saying you’ve always wanted a double door, and I think that’s what you should get!” Bryan drove in the storm in early February that Monday evening to measure my space. He then helped me find Thomas a superbly talented door installer, and made my dream come true! The whole transaction was seamless all thanks to Bryan Lopez. The door was delivered a few days before the estimated date, it was half of what I had been quoted for the same door elsewhere in Dallas, my house is now gorgeous! I went from the ugliest house on the block to the prettiest after the new door was installed! The happiness this change brings to my heart is priceless! Now I don’t want to move any time soon. If I do however, I’ll be calling Bryan and Thomas back for a new door! Thank you Bryan Lopez! You treated me with respect, kindness, and understanding! I’m attaching the before and after pictures!

Daniel and his crew from Bighorn have been fabulous to work with! Not only were they the only one in the DFW area that I found with any inventory/stock, they were quick to get me on the schedule and install our new, beautiful door! The install crew was so polite and did an excellent job. And of course, we love the new front door!!
Updated to add: we needed the door adjusted so it would seal properly after being installed/used nonstop during construction, and Daniel had a technician our first thing a few days later. Excellent customer service, and we appreciate their help making sure our door is still perfect!!
On 6/28 I reached out to sales rep Brian Lopez via a card my neighbor had provided. I shared with Brian I wanted to get an estimate on replacing my double doors. After I provided my information we schedule time to meet on 6/30 @6pm, Brian never showed or called . After calling his cell several times and sent a text message at 7:30pm. Brian never responded. Today 7/6 around 4pm I called Bria. And he answered. I shared my concern regarding his lack of response and follow up and he responded " oh imust have mixed you up with someone else, but I know I was I. Your city that day. I shared that i made special arrangeme day to meet him and he stated well just tell what time works in your schedule this week. I asked to be referred to another sales ma n he said sure and then immediately hung up.
Unprofessional and rude, if this is the initial customer experience then I am glad I dodged a bullet and will take my business elsewhere!
Beautiful door but came with a headache. Price was good. The sales person was helpful while purchasing. After we paid he was never available to talk to us ! It took 9 months to get our door. It does not close properly. They said it would but it has not. I guess it's just a door for show. We have to go through the garage. It is pretty but not usable. Just want people to be aware of what they're getting in to.
I added another photo of what the door knobs will look like after a year. Completely discolored.
