Difficult to fix wheels Fixing wheels is very difficult. They should provide it prefixed or give tool for this task. Afterall its performance all depends on its wheel only. Just to save small shipping space you're giving a difficult task to customer.

Worst product. Worst product I purchased on Amazon. It disintegrates even on a single run. The screws are super loose. The wheels come off by just running it on plane floor for 15 minutes. I tightened the screws with screwdrivers twice. But each time it lasted for only 10 to 15 minutes. Total fraud. The device itself is 12 kg heavy
