Super nice salon but…The young girl who did my nails was not good. I won’t say her name but it took her about 2 and a half hours for builder gel, which turned out way too thick and the polish was also streaky and uneven. She also had an attitude with me even before we started when I asked the difference between builder gel and acrylics. I had paid almost $90 for this without tip. I actually contemplated never posting a review as I think they hurt small businesses especially when customers are unreasonable. However, I just got my nails done 3 weeks later today by my normal girl at home who said “this is not good this girl does not know how to polish.” I am young myself and I understand some girls are new and learning… but maybe at Be.You.Tiful nails they need to demonstrate they are at a certain level before seeing actual clients.
This salon has been always been my favorite salon to go to in Carmel. The service here is always exceptional and I always feel so cared when walking in. Pao is the sweetest ever and will always make sure all your needs are met and is so caring. Q did my nails and they came out exactly as I wanted them to with the perfect milky pink and did such a nice job! Will not ever stop recommending this salon for the best nails and beautiful interior making the whole experience a 10/10!

We had such a great experience at Be.You.Tiful Nails Salon in Carmel.
I took my wife and our two daughters, and everything just felt easy and welcoming from the start. The salon is really clean and has a calm, upscale vibe without feeling stuffy.
The owner, Pao, was amazing. She was so kind and attentive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and her team.
One of my daughters is autistic, and they were incredibly patient and understanding with her. They made sure she felt comfortable the whole time and never rushed anything, which meant a lot to us.
We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that does great work and treats people right.

This was my 1st time at Be.You.Tiful Nail Salon!!! It was so clean, spacious and very comfortable. It was such a luxury to go in and just non stop look around because of how beautiful it was! My tech was Taylor! She did an amazing job and always checked in on me and my comfortability! I felt very pampered and at the end they even do a hot towel, cuticle oil and lotion that smells so lovely and not overpowering! If you are in the Carmel area you have to check them out!

Overcharged me. Very dishonest because when i called the next day thinking it was an honest mistake, she started to bargain with me. I have a receipt which says Russian Manicure for 60 bucks. I had a basic gel manicure. Not a particularly great nail service. Pretty interior but totally overpriced for the experience. The pedi chairs dont offer massage function if looking for that.

You contacted us on March 20 and were accommodated immediately without an appointment. Before your service began, our technician reviewed our service menu and pricing with you. You selected an upgraded spa pedicure with gel polish, totaling $80, and initially requested a regular manicure.
During your appointment, after the manicure had already started, you changed your request to a gel manicure. Due to the condition of the nails after soaking, our technician performed a dry (Russian-style) manicure to ensure better results and nail health. This was explained at the time, and the pricing difference between a standard gel manicure ($55) and dry manicure ($60) is minimal.
Your total service came to $140, which reflects the services you selected and approved. At checkout, you expressed satisfaction, left a $30 tip, and did not raise any concerns.
We do not “bargain” with clients, but we do make every effort to review and explain charges when there is any confusion.
When you called the following day, we respectfully reviewed the charges with you and even offered a refund—first for the $5 difference, and then a larger goodwill refund—which you declined.
We do not “overcharge” or misrepresent our services. We take pride in being transparent and providing quality work. It is concerning to receive a negative review with inaccurate claims after the service was completed, approved, and tipped for without complaint.
As a small business, we work hard to provide honest service and a positive experience for every client. We kindly ask that reviews reflect the full and accurate experience.
