Walked in, young lady at counter was on her phone and weren’t greeted promptly. Salon is clean, very clean. Owner seems very nice. But the lady that did my nails, tore the hell out of my cuticles, so bad in fact that 4 bled and were painful for several days. Sunday the 30th had been a week since I had them done (which was dip), the nails are lifting at the bottom, this should not be happening not even two weeks after having them done and paying $90 PLUS tip. One and done for me at this salon.
This nail salon came highly recommended by a friend. Staff was very warm and friendly.
When it came to the pedicure, we chose the jelly, but it seemed as if the techs were very unfamiliar with this process. We have had jelly pedicures before and the water did not come close to the “jelly” substance it’s supposed to. Then, it was transitioned back to water in less than 5 minutes. We were slightly disappointed to find out that this service was $90 (no prices on the menu) considering we didn’t feel we got to enjoy the full experience.
Additionally, one of our manicure experiences seemed to be done by a tech that did not know how to finish out acrylics, so another had to take over. We were also under the impression that the manicures came with some sort of hand massage, but all that was received was oil spread on our hands.
We appreciated the kind staff and our nails turned out beautiful, but having paid the most we have ever paid (nearly $500 for 2 mani/pedis), we thought the service could use some improvement.
Oh I really loved this place after my first visit and was very happy with my ombré dip nails but unfortunately they didn’t even last a week :( 5 of them are already chipped and 2 completely cracked. For $75 plus a 20% tip I was hoping they’d last me at least 3 weeks. As a disclaimer I do work at a gym and move around a lot of weights and equipment but I’ve had dip nails last 3-4 weeks in the past and was hoping these would too.
My favorite nail salon in Carmel! I’ve tried so many places, and one of my favorite things about this place is the attention to cuticle care. Every time I get a fill, they spend sufficient time cleaning and trimming the cuticles. I’ve found this is a rarity now days! Customers service is always top notch.

Appointments were made days ahead of time, apparently they did not have the staff to accommodate these appointments, after at least 15 minutes of my feet sitting in cold water causing my entire body to be extremely uncomfortable I opted out of the pedicure but my 3 girls were continuing with theirs. The staff had no idea which pedicure included what exfoliating, massage ect. It was basically a free for all. When it was time to pay that was messed up and the woman up front said oh well can’t you just Venmo each other to make up the difference, like what??? No!! Did I mention the pedicure chairs were the most uncomfortable “pedicure chairs” have ever sat in!! Would never go back nor recommend.
Somehow they messed my daughter’s toes up as well, you can see her big toe nails aren’t even shaped the same and they left polish on her skin! Only nice thing I can say is the interior is pretty! Other than that a major fail!!
