I have been coming to BeYouTiFul salon for 2 years and love it! Not only do my nails look amazing but Pao treats everyone like family. I brought my daughter for the first time today and Tamee did an amazing job on her nails. I cannnot say enough about the great and friendly service

Actually very disappointed at my visit here. I looked mildly disheveled and not as wealthy as the normal clientele there at time. The lady doing my pedicure declined my question for a manicure before I even sat down for my scheduled pedicure. When I went to management about this, the answer I received about being denied a manicure was that the lady didn’t speak good English. When I mentioned prejudice due to the fact I didn’t look like I could afford/tip for their services, their response was this couldn’t be the case due to the ladies themselves not being native to the US. I have tried confronting management but was met with a rude and passive aggressive email response, stating I got what I paid for and that they don’t do refunds. It’s sad in society we can still pretend prejudice isn’t real- with the excuse that the perpetrators of the prejudice experience it also.

Hi Abby! I am sorry you had a negative experience at our salon. I took a look at the email communications and spoke with the involved parties to get to the bottom of this issue for you. Everybody no matter their apperence is welcome at Be.You.tiful Nails and encouranged to come as they are. In fact, the big majority of our customers arrive in their comfy clothes as this is there time to relax. I do apologize if it felt as if you were looked down upon for that. You first stated that you were upset that your pedicure did not include a heel scrub and we informed you that online you booked the Express which did not include it and that you got the service exactly as it was booked. You mention that you were declined a manicure, though according to your original email you were the one that forwent the manicure when your tech did not understand your request at first. You were never denied a manicure, you decided against it and did not try to communicate further. I do apologize if this soured your experience with us, but as stated in our emails before we cannot serive you if the request is not understood. When you called you accosted our employee stating "Well that lady needs to learn what a manicure is and how to do it!" and implying that we were not aware of what prejudice is. We then informed you that the techs here are of diverse backgrounds and have been the victims of prejudice themselves. It was never stated that victims cannot be perpetrators. In your original email you also stated you were upset with a conversation about another person's body while at the same timemaking sure to state that there was a person in the salon bigger than you. We explained that we do not offer refunds for services that are provided exactly as booked. You then threatened a google review and emailed after posting it stating "I posted a google review and will take it down for a refund." We do not stand with bribery, so as stated before a refund will not be processed. I do apologize that we were not a good fit for you Abby. I wish you the best in finding a salon that matchs what you are looking for.

Was in the area for a wedding and needed a refresh on my SNS/dip. Q did not disappoint! I wish I lived nearby because this would be my new go-to nail salon. Can’t recommend enough
