Disappointed I did some research and review before committing to a three month app subscription, which included the personalized ebook for free. If you’ve done any nutrition research, active or passive, there’s not going to be any new information here. It’s the same information I’ve come across for free in countless podcasts, health blogs, etc. The 28 days menu also wasn’t as customized as I expected. I much prefer vegetables for breakfast and all of the breakfast options are sweet oatmeal recipes. I don’t eat much bread or pasta but whole grain bread shows up over and over again. Customization seems to only cover omnivore/vegetarian or food allergies. In the app the grocery list doesn’t consolidate the ingredients, instead listing egg 6 times. Everything except the base menu is an add on (exercise workouts, additional research on sleeping, eating habits, etc.). I feel like I might as well have lost $37 on the street.

Impressive I order the book and downloaded the application. So far I’m so impressed by what it has to offer me and support my journey. The flexible variation is just what I needed. It would be ideal if it could sync with devices as Apple Watch, whoop and others. Keep it up.

Be aware The required recurring subscription plans are difficult to cancel. If you simply cancel in advance as with other plans, they cut all access to your plan immediately. If the charge comes in your card there are no refunds si make sure this plan is 100% what you want. They charged over $100 to renew the subscription then cut my access when I asked to cancel the future recurring charges, so now I get 0 access for $110! As for the plan, I did not lose weight on the plan, it was very time consuming to plan for meals. If you want to change a meal plan (there are different options) any changes happen immediately and erase the one your planned for this week, so you either wait to get your shopping list until the day of, or start over with the current plan. I would spend at least a. Hour a week simply selecting g the meals or ingredients for my chosen plan, I do not personally have that much time to dedicate to the selection of “personalized pre planned meals.” As for the personalized part, I did not see any personalization evidence. Foods I am allergic to were recommended in my plans regularly . Buyer beware, I was very excited to find this, now I simply feel taken advantage of by a mediocre company.

Pay attention I initially signed up for a 6 month subscription but every other REPUTABLE company l've ever signed up for will send a reminder email “your subscription will be renewing next week" or something similar. NOTHING from beyond body. I thought I had canceled a while back ago, so when I saw the charge hit my account I immediately emailed customer support to see if they could reverse it (especially since I now had $120 less for my bills). I was told the best they could do was refund 25%!

Love most of the recipes, app and meal plans not great for single people. I have been using this app for a little while, I like using the expanded recipe plan; however the problems I face are: 1- I like to pick my own recipes, the plan is nice and gives me ideas, but many are not good for preparing a few days before hand nor are they good re-warmed in the microwave for when I’m at work or are quick snacks for at work. Also I work 12 hour nights and I never have the same nights each week so I need to be able to adjust and plan my meals ahead based on when I’m off that week so I have time to prep and cook for the next week or so. 2- I’m single, and though I love variety in my meals, economically that is not practical. If I were to stick with the meal plans that are generated I would waste too much food and money. 3- When the meal plans are generated by the app the recipes are adjusted based on my calorie needs, but when I search different recipes I have to adjust those recipes myself and then the shopping list does not reflect this nor does my meal plan tracking. Having a way to recalculate the meals on the app would help with accuracy of calorie intake, and would decrease my math calculation time trying to recalculate the recipe for a different calorie intake as well as readjusting the shopping list. 4- Sometimes I can not find products that are the correct weight/measurement as the recipe, such as bagels, every package of bagels that I find are about 3oz/85g and the recipe calls for 70g bagels, for a carb that little weight difference is quite a few calories, but not enough to be able to just half the bagel for the recipe. Or if the recipe calls for a vegan cheese and you and you don’t like vegan cheese, if you can’t find a fat free version of an ingredient, or if you are vegan and want to substitute an item for a vegan ingredient. Being able to adjust a recipe to accommodate for such things would be nice as well. Not everyone lives in areas that have access to every type of ingredient or can afford every type of ingredient. There have been recipes that I have switched just because of this issue even though the recipe as a whole sounded good. I’m sure there are others that have done the same or are not getting adequate calorie tracking because they change to accommodate what they find or their preferences.

LOVE THIS APP I absolutely LOVE using this app!! The meals are super easy to put together. Most meals require very little cooking up until dinner when I have the most time to put into making a meal. Even then the most time it would take me to make the meal is around 30 minutes! I really only use the app for meal prep and to track my water intake. I use my Apple Watch to keep track of my steps and workouts. This app is AMAZING!! It’s not expensive, and you can customize your meals as needed. I’m plant based so with a few minor adjustments to the vegetarian option I’m able to have delicious meals and snacks that won’t cost an arm and a leg with buying ingredients as well!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Not what I expected I have been waiting until I got my book in to start anything since I wanted to be able to enjoy the full program instead of trying to understand it from just the app, which doesn’t make a lot of sense. The app looks to be just a basic tracking program. I finally got my book and first thing I noticed was it lists me as “rectangle” body shape instead of “hourglass” as I submitted on the questionnaire. Can’t help but feel that I have wasted money on yet another “personalized” plan that is nothing more than a cookie cutter program. Next are meal plans that contain tofu and mushrooms which are two things I requested none of. So, I find myself doubting the program before I ever start. Not the way to build confidence in a diet program for someone that has tried everything and failed already. Now I will have to wait until I can get in a good headspace before I even give this a go. Waste of subscription time and a big chunk of money.

Better than I thought I have been wanting to try some sort of healthy diet where I don’t have to literally starve to get into a better shape health wise. Beyond Body has been great because I have plenty to eat and most of the recipes are great. I have lost 6 pounds in the first week and look forward to getting to a better place with my health.

Just kinda ok but not great Pros: • Easy to navigate • I love the workout demos Cons: • Meals are boring and only serve 1 person • Meals are not customizable at all and if I decide to make adjustments based upon what I have on hand or I want to more accurately track my intake, I can’t do that. I have coffee with milk every morning. I’m not giving that up to lose an extra .01 lb a week but I can’t add it to my plan • Workouts are confusing. They say “34 minute workout” but it usually ends up being 5-10 minutes max. You’d have to start the entire workout over from the warm up to the workout to stretching again and do it multiple times to hit the goals. If you’re supposed to do multiple rounds of the workout that should be before the stretching phase and if a workout says it’ll take 30 minutes, it should take 30 minutes. • It appears that I’m meant to work out several days a week but the plans only include 2 days • Advanced workouts are insanely beginner level and not advanced at all imho • Some workouts go straight from warm up to stretching and completely skip the workout portion even though it is indicated there should be an actual work out • Some workouts have 5-6 warm up moves and 5-6 stretching moves and only 1 or 2 actual workout moves but claim to be 30-35 minute workouts. • I’ll start my Apple Watch workout and it’ll time me at 20 minutes but this app will only record 6 minutes or so. • I can’t add my own workouts into my day. I’ll do a workout with the app and then supplement with additional workouts with equipment but I get zero credit for it because I can’t add it • There doesn’t appear to be an option to find workouts that utilize equipment. It’d be better to be able to list the equipment one has access to All in all, this seems more like a short term diet app, not an actual app to encourage life long changes to keep someone healthy. The recipes are completely uninspired and not at all interesting enough to keep someone coming back consistently to maintain weight loss. At best someone may lose weight for a short while but I think they’d eventually tire of the monotony and revert back to their old habits. I regret buying the 3 month plan for this. It was a $30 not well spent. I had much higher hopes for this. It is a convincing sell but that’s all it is. It’s a very well marketed sales pitch that doesn’t deliver even a quarter of what it claims it will.

The worst app I had purchased this app in 22 and cancelled it after chatting with them about my nutritional needs. I was told then they couldn’t help me so I cancelled the subscription thru apple. Now I’m being charged again after sometime later because they didn’t cancel my subscription as asked back then. Now I’m told even though I have not once but twice asked them to cancel I can only get 25% of the 75.49 which they have charged me despite me asking them to cancel and apple doesn’t have me subscribed with them.

App Doesn’t Work I was so excited to try this program. I signed up and downloaded the app but every time I tried to sign in I’d get a red banner across the top saying, “Oops! Something went wrong.” I tried resetting my password but still keep getting the same message. I will be contacting them to cancel and get a refund.

Scam. Not Useful. What a scam! Just for the opportunity to buy the book, I have to pay $31+ for my first month. Forcing me to buy this app is just a scam. The diet is not available in the app. And everything else costs extra. There are tons of free habit, water, exercise, food, and more trackers available for free. Why on earth would I want to pay $31+ a month?
