Phone calls to BeWell Customer service have been answered promptly by nice, knowledgeable people. the phone system itself is very very problematic....first of all, when you answer all your prompts it takes you to a final question with only one choice: something about tax prompts, and if you don't choose that answer, it hangs up on you. So you make that choice and then it starts asking for all your personal info: JUST CLICK YOU DON'T HAVE IT, because the system cannot save it....it gets to the last question and says "do you agree for us to call you back?" but it doesn't give you number choices and it doesn't recognize your voice or any numbers you punch, so it simply says "can't verify your info" and sends you to an agent who re-asks all the same Qs. But the most obvious glitch is that they system doesn't seem to have accurate guidelines for whether you might qualify for Medicaid, so it sends you to the Medicaid system, and then you wait months and months to get a denial, and by then you have missed months of coverage, because while Medicaid might be back dated, enrollment in health care coverage from BeWell is NOT. So my advice, unless you are pretty sure you qualify for MC, just decline it. If you are borderline on income, you can probably get some kind of coverage without a premium anyway.

I needed help finding health insurance; so I visited the Be Well office in the morning. We were having some issues with the process but Carol was so patient and sweet that she didn’t get frustrated, instead she ask for help to one of her coworkers, and he came and help her right away. They both figure out what was wrong and finished the process.
It’s very comforting to know that this people’s main goal it’s to help you.
This was a great experience, I hope for this kind of customer service in the whole world.

I called the number that I was provided to see if I can get some options so that I may get decent insurance rates for dental and eye care. The man I was talking to took things out of context and thought I was asking for getting things for free and that what I was asking for was illegal. I asked if I can call back another time but he then started frustrated with me over things I wasn't asking about. I was so upset that I just hung up on him. I did not recieve fair customer service.

My wife and I visited the Bewellnm, Albuquerque office today. Although we have dealt with them before, over the phone or on line, this was our first visit in person, to deliver a requested document.
The office is located on Jefferson and is well appointed.
We were greeted promptly and the lady very nicely advised, that if we could wait a little, she could find someone to help us, and we could probably finish the process right then. We waited and a short while later, one Ms. Monica came to assist us.
She escorted us to a well an office and went to work on our case.
She was professional, efficient, courteous and very kind. Our work was completed quite efficiently and in a short time.
We highly appreciate and recommend this location and Ms. Monica.

Ms. Monica Melendez.
Once again our experience was excellent.
Gabriel, excelled our expectations. He was very humble, positive, knowledgeable, helpful and with a wonderful sense of humor. Although he was mentoring Monica, he continued to be very patient and professional. He is a great representative of the organization and should be recognized as such.
5 star experience.
Carol was patient and accommodating. Very understanding and willing to explain in detail over and over again so that it made sense.
