We had trouble filling out the application on our own. There was so much confusion and frustration that we were left with no choice but to come in to the office. In minutes, Ms. Monica fixed everything for us. She knew exactly what to ask and how to fix the mess we caused. We should've come in sooner. She's the best and I wish more people were as knowledgeable and kind as she was. Thank you!!

My wife and I visited the Bewellnm, Albuquerque office today. Although we have dealt with them before, over the phone or on line, this was our first visit in person, to deliver a requested document. The office is located on Jefferson and is well appointed. We were greeted promptly and the lady very nicely advised, that if we could wait a little, she could find someone to help us, and we could probably finish the process right then. We waited and a short while later, one Ms. Monica came to assist us. She escorted us to a well appointed office and went to work on our case. She was professional, efficient, courteous and very kind. Our work was completed quite efficiently and in a short time. We highly appreciate and recommend this location and Ms. Monica. Well done young lady.

I was very skeptical of this service after I lost Medicaid in July of last year. I opted to go with my companies not so good plan after BeWell NM did not have very many reviews and they were mostly bad. I decided to call after I came to the conclusion that my coverage I had through my business was not going to cut it. Angela was wonderful and really cared about helping me and my wife. I’m terribly sorry to those who had bad customer service experiences. I believe since July they had had new management because they are actually responding to reviews which as a business manager myself, shows they care about what’s going on. As for the coverage I am very pleased with it, and it is far better than what I had. Of course I’m hoping these feelings will stick. I suggest be well NM look into the customer service issue. My suggestion to any other person searching like a skeptic like me, if you don’t get the good feeling, hang up and call back, you will get the right person eventually in the mean time.

A rude agent just kept interrupted me and when I called her out, she ended up hanging up on me. Great customer service, for sure.

Utterly unhelpful, staff are belligerent and rude, and the coverage they offer is as useless as it is overpriced. Good job, New Mexico, another thing you've done horribly wrong.

I called for help to explained my premium increase and I received the worse customer service from Karen today..she didn't explained the correct information or looked up my account..I had to call back and talked to a nice lady Mariah that went to my account and helping me .

I was helped by a wonderful person named Monica who made the experience seamless for me and helped reduce a lot of anxiety that I feel surrounding the topic of health insurance. I had no wait time and was able to find a very affordable plan. Highly recommend this office.
