Dear Mr. Sachdev. We are a bit surprised at your review here. Here are some facts that might help you to consider the situation calmly.
(1) The program has been running for 11 weeks (almost 3 months) when you raised the issues.
(2) We had asked for parents to complete their own training module such that angry exchanges with the child may reduce. We understand that kids can be irritating - but we parents need to learn how to deal with them calmly. These training modules are still incomplete.
(3) Owing to our commitment, we offered to give you a two month extension to our contract to achieve your satisfaction - but you have refused to consider our offer. We are only doing it because we genuinely want to help families that trust us.
You enrolled in a professional program to improve the situation, now follow our professional advice to receive the same benefits as hundreds of other families.

We first had a personal call with Ninad sir along with our daughter and we thought let us try this where we had tried many things. As this was something different.
As our daughter was attending classes and based on our replies on her progress the team has been personally taking care of our needs and requirements and changing the sessions for her.
That personal involvement and follow up by Jyoti and Ninad sir was very much appreciating.
There were taking regular feed backs and doing required changes that helped our daughter progress a lot.
She started doing self study we were not at her back to study. She developed self interest. Maths also she was much comfortable.
