Dr Ditta and his team made me feel relaxed and were very reassuring during the procedure. They performed the FUE with the utmost care, consideration and to the highest standards. Extremely happy with my treatment, i was well looked after at all times from pre surgery with Sharon to everything on the day, as well as after care, i was able to message the dr with any questions i had post surgery which helped greatly. I was always made to feel important and comfortable. It can always be risky picking a company from the internet but i did my research and definitely found a great one here and would recommend better hair transplant clinics to anyone wanting a professional hair transplant.

Sharon who has been leasing with me, has been impeccable. A lovely person and very informative throught out the process, from the beginning to post treatment. She provided me with all the information I needed and guided me through out, even ringing me on a Sunday, post treatment to check on me. I attended the Nottingham surgery, where my surgeon was so reassuring, patient and friendly aswell as her assistant. Would highly recommend Sharon to liase with and the Nottingham practice. The practice itself was lovely and clean and had a lovely feel to it. I was given a bag of after care items, even covers for my pillows!.. Great experience..I am only a week into my eyebrow transplant so, can't really comment on the results but, the downtime etc has been good and healing well and excited to see the results in a few months.

Making the decision to have a hair Transplant was a big step into the unknown, there are many clinics offering the services so after researching Dr Tetiana and speaking with Sharon I decided to have my procedure with the team in Nottingham. I was made to feel very welcome and greeted by the surgeon Dr. Tetiana. The procedure began around 10am with the team confirming the hairline I wanted, I took dome old pictures with me which helped achieve the right outcome. Then after receiving a local anaesthetic (this is the only part of the process I felt) the doner hair grafts were removed and we broke for a light lunch which was supplied as was a quiet room to relax in. Dr.Tetiana's team of wonderfully professional ladies perform the implant process as you watch a film on Netflix. For over 3000 grafts it took around 3 hours. Amanda took care of implanting my crown while the other girls completed the front of my head painlessly. On completion I was given a pack containing everything I needed for the recovery period. Dr Tetiana reassured me that she would be available to answer any concerns post op. Sharon helped me with pre and post procedure queries, she was also very helpful, friendly and professional for support and understanding. As an apprehensive client at the start, I am glad I done my research before deciding which clinic to trust and use, I would definitely recommend using this clinic and the team, if anyone is considering a hair Transplant you won't go wrong with this team, from pre op with Sharon to post op with Dr Tetiana and the team I really pleased with the outcome and the service I received in a relaxed environment. I will be sharing pictures of my experience as the healing and growth take place soon.

I first contacted Better Hair Transplant Clinics late last year. I had many questions to ask, to ensure that I was making the correct decision. Sharon has been exemplary throughout this entire process, she has been so supportive and answered any questions or concerns that I’ve had along the way. I couldn’t have asked for any more!! I was allocated Dr Aziz Elgindi for the day of my procedure, he spoke to me several times before the day (again answering all questions and concerns) - he’s been fantastic! Fast forward to the day of surgery, I was greeted upon arrival and made to feel very safe in the knowledge that I’d made the right decision. The venue in Bury is lovely, it’s clean, well organised and the staff there are great! I really enjoyed the day, the technicians Steph and Ally were amazing, and Dr Aziz designed the hairline that I wanted - I’m really delighted! I’m now at day 11, it’s looking good and I can’t wait to see the results as it begins to grow in Special mention to Sharon and Dr Aziz for answering any queries or worries even after the procedure, always getting back to me in a timely and helpful manner Couldn’t recommend the guys highly enough!!!
