When our onsite IT resource unexpectedly took leave, Better IT quickly agreed to a weekly onsite presence. Alex's visits have helped to ensure our IT operations continue smoothly. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to outstanding service are not just better, but the best!

Better-IT were able to quickly source some WiFi access points and host them. Although they weren't supporting them, Dan took the time to record a video on how to configure them which gave me a better understanding of how they talk to our firewall and get them working. Excellent service.

We are based in a rural location and the internet speed was terrible. Trying to run a business was a nightmare. What internet we had kept dropping off causing major problems with our computers and telephone systems. Better- IT came up with a solution. They arranged for us to have 2 x 4G routers with EE SIM Cards, together with a SD-One solution box which bonds both the 4G routers together which gives you high speeds & resilience. It is amazing now. I can't thank Better-IT enough. The whole team is amazing.

I contacted Alex with two Word related issues involving printing - having spent time talking the issues through on the phone and with him accessing my laptop he decided to visit site - huge help, I very much appreciated Alex's visit as he could see the issues first hand, Alex was thorough, unrushed (he would remain on site until the issues were sorted and I was confident they were), extremely efficient and with his usual charm the issues were sorted - one very happy customer!! Better-IT migrated our physical server to O365 and enrolled 10 user laptops to AAD. Setup Teams/OneDrive/Sharepoint with relevant permissions and organised training sessions with each user and a great deal of admin training. All delivered by the friendly and very knowledgeable Dan - Thanks Dan Definitely recommended
