I’ve struggled to find a good groomer, and I’ve finally found one! Connie did a great job on my fur baby! I highly recommend. Krystal and Connie are the only people I trust now with him. They were both very nice and the best service I’ve gotten. I can’t wait to take my other fur babies here

Been taking our dogs here for a while, bad choice. Sick and tired of no one answering phone call after phone call, emails, etc. Left voicemails, no responses. After what happened at the other location and shutting down the cameras my trust in this place has run dry. Not to mention the dog that just recently escaped and is missing. No more business from us. Awful.

Worst Experience! The front counter is dirty and unorganized - this should have been a sign. When I went to pick up my dog, they had misplaced his leash and harness and also his other bag with blanket and toys (comfort items). The also misplaced his medicine. The person checking me out told me should would call when they found the items - I told her I couldn't leave until I had my pets items and even offered to help her look. Finally all items were located - at different places around the facility - eek!
I had 2 coupons - one for the weekend stay and one for the week stay (40% and 30%) that I told them about at check it. I cannot see where this was applied - I'm still waiting on a call back for resolution- refund.
Also, my dog was skin and bones when I picked him up. This is not uncommon as he doesn't usually eat much when he is boarded, but all the food and treats I packed for him were gone. It makes me wonder with all the disorganization, if another dog got my dog's food.
Will not return - terrible experience!!!! My poor dog....

First and last time coming here. They’re terrible at answering the phone and communication. They didn’t cut either of my dogs hair. They quoted me about $150 for both of my dogs to be groomed and charged me $228. They also didn’t brush out my other dog at all “because she wouldn’t stop growling.” That’s a lie. I was in the waiting room listening to you complain about my dog and her long hair while brushing her until finally giving up. She didn’t growl once. You had my dogs for almost 7 hours and did nothing. This place is a rip off.

Did not have a good experience at all. The girl working up front (Molly?) was extremely rude and curt with me when I asked questions about daycare and overnight boarding. I brought my dog in for an overnight expecting him to join in group play and was told he wasn’t allowed because of his breed. This is very archaic policy to have in place and extremely off putting since lots of people own bully breeds now. My dog has done well at daycare at many other places and for him to not even get a chance was really frustrating. I called in in the evening to check in on him and was just told “He’s fine.” That’s it. I had added on a bedtime snack which he never received. When I picked him up they told me his bedding needed washed because he peed on it. I have worked in a daycare/boarding facility before and whenever dogs relieved themselves on ANY type of bedding wether it was their own or ours we immediately washed it. It’s unhealthy and unsanitary for them to continue to use it. Overall I would not ever recommend this facility for anyone, I am a dog trainer so I’m always on the hunt for facilities to recommend but this one will definitely not make it on the list for my clientele.

I have taken my furry friends here for years now. I have never had an issues since recently. I called yesterday a few times throughout the day with no answer, even left a voicemail with no call back. I called this AM and got a very unfriendly woman who barely grunted out 3 words. This is extremely upsetting because I have worked in the Veterinary field for 12 + years and have always recommended Best Friends to clients. I would like to think it was an isolated incident but we have had some grooming issues as well in the past.

Everyone working there was nice but I won’t be taking my dogs back. 1. It was hard to get someone on the phone there; 2. When I arrived to check in, I waited for about 20 minutes due to no one being around. I called, but the phone was left behind on the desk. Seems they could carry the phone with them, if they can’t stay at the desk. When I came to pick them up, I waited 5-10 minutes due to the same thing.; 3. The conditions aren’t what I expected. The outdoor areas are dirt vs grass and the rooms are concrete rooms with chain link doors.
Again, everyone was friendly and my dogs were safe and fine. But it wasn’t what I’m used to or what my dogs are used to.

Worst experience in my life! Scheduled a grooming appointment for Saturday the 19th about a month ago.....decided at the last minute to take a weekend trip and normally get a sitter to stay with them at the house, the sitter was not able to take them for grooming so i against my better judgement decided to just board them. Was told i could see my pets on camera but i onlynsaw one for about 30 secs. Never saw the other one. Had my small 10 lbs dogs with big dogs and they called me sunday before pickup anf was told there was a mixup and they didnt get groomed......when i arrived i was told oh we were mistaken when we called you. They did get groomed....i was charged for grooming but at most they were shampooed an brushed but definitely not groomed STAY AWAY. Before supposed grooming on back of couch. After grooming on bench outside

Our pup had a great experience at Best Friends! They were super nice and watching him on camera was really cool! We also had him groomed while there and they did an AMAZING job! Highly recommend Best Friends!!

What a great facility for day camp. My dog frequented Best Friends for day camp on numerous occasions and always loved it. He so looked forward to going to day camp and was never ready to come home. The staff are professional, kind, flexible and always willing to listen and help you.

They extra charged you for not reason! This place is a joke, they just hired kids at the front desk and they don’t even know what they are doing. I just received a charged for $560 and my bill it supposed to be be just $288! Rene who put me on hold for 10 minutes after she admitted her mistake! They just make me wait until it was time to closed after 6 and never get back to me. I been a customer for over two years and I never received this poor service and I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible. Miguel Mendoza
