Friendly and professional staff took great care of our dog for boarding and daycare. Grooming services are good, booking is easy and convenient.

Just finished our second stay here; the first was great enough to board for another night on short notice. The convenience is a big plus. The price is a bit deceptive though. The website says $40/night. We were charged $45/night along with a $9 "healthy pet plan" fee for the length of the stay (can't find any explanation for this on the site) and $2 per cosequin tablet fed to him each day. I understand extra work requiring extra fees but wasn't made aware of the medicine fee. Any such fees should either be auto-included in the advertised price or otherwise noted. All of that considered would not bring it down to 2 star on its own; I assume some responsibility bringing our dog back after seeing the first invoice. But on picking him after a 1-night stay, he came out and I immediately noticed and mentioned a bright red abrasion over his right eye which he didn't have less than 24 hours earlier. On saying something to the employee, she said something to the effect of, "she [the previous day's employee] noted it was already there." Not anything like, "I'm sorry, sometimes that can happen with animals playing," or anything showing some empathy...just basically inferring I'm lying. All that to say, hopefully we have better luck elsewhere and this place can improve their customer experience to live up to the unclear pricing.

My dogs came home hoarse and I can’t be certain of it was from all the barking or the groomer pulling the choker too tight. My large dog also had a broken tooth. The Pet Lodge on Rangeline has been a much better experience.

I would not recommend this for a cat. There is a “cat room” with a large window and cat kennels. I was told that ramps would be placed for my senior cat to be able to go up to the window ledge and look outside. I was also told that if no other cats were there he would have the whole room to be able to roam around. When I entered the building to pick him up I could hear him howling. He was the only cat but was locked in a kennel and his bedding was missing. There were no ramps set up. When I asked about it the young girl working there said, “Actually he CAN jump.” My cat is 20 years old and gets shots for osteoarthritis. I did not appreciate the attitude of the staff. Lastly his face had some brown dried drainage matted in his fur and he smelled really bad. I picked him up at 8:30 am and I don’t believe that he had been fed.

Best Friends is THE BEST for our Bichon Frise, Biscuit! His grooming is always professional, and they succeed (where we fail) in cutting his toenails and removing some of his ear hair. He hates both, but they get it done -- and he returns a happy, well-adjusted doggie! PLUS, he gets to play with other dogs -- something he loves! I can't recommend Best Friends enough!

I love that they can run outdoors. The outdoor kennels are a must for our dog. It's almost as if she is at home in the backyard! Everyone is friendly and easy going and very comfortable with the animals.

My dog goes there for grooming, day camp & boarding. The staff is very caring & I can tell that they really pay attention to Scamp, as he wags his tail like crazy when we check in! The groomers are well-qualified, and he looks so handsome when he's done.
