We have never had snow removal done so well until they backed into a large boulder not once but twice. Then, lawnmower season came. The first mowing was great by the first crew. The mowing crews since then caused ruts all over from the racing around they do on the mowers, the missed mowing, the hitting of items in my yard, and finally, string trimming until the string digs into the mud and any remains of grass has been removed. Hopefully, the people driving their equipment aren't allowed to drive vehicles.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied this season.
I do want to clarify a few details regarding your spring clean-up. Our team made three separate trips to complete your service, but unfortunately we were unable to proceed due to pet waste being present in the yard. After each attempted visit, we followed up with an email to let you know and to request that the yard be cleared so we could complete the work safely and effectively.
While we understand your frustration, we were not able to complete the work because this requirement was not met.

Not the Best Choice. This company was recently hired to landscape my apartment complex and they are obnoxious. They take all day, they've broken things on my patio space while trying to edge the sidewalk, and they blow leftover grass all over the patios with the leaf blower instead of away from the building. They make me miss whatever company did the landscaping before them because at least they didn't make a mess and break our things. Don't recommend.
