Thank you BESH for the most amazing experience, i did my Lasek surgery yesterday and i was recovered from it within 2 hours. Very easy process, very fast recovery, very nice and helpful staff and most of all i would like to thank Rita for the follow up throughout my experience with BESH.
It is today after years of short vision when I got my sight back to normal, thanks to the golden touches of a great doctor and the support of the lovely, coopeartive and supportive staff! Lasik refractive surgery went great without any complications with excellent results.
Im not complaining about the horrible appointment management the center has, yet I am writing this as I would like to share my personal feedback after Lasic surgery with Dr Elias Jarade.I did my surgery with him on 21 June 2024. I am not happy with the way he treated me when I felt discomfort, blurriness, and was unable to see properly. I’ve sent him a long voice note describing the pain and what’s going on with me and picture of what I’m taking at that time as I was in a different country and he replied with only one sentence, recommending an eyedrop to use for a week. I went to see another doctor 2 weeks later and apparently I had an inflammation that should’ve been treated earlier and apparently this type of inflammation is known for patients to get post a Lasic surgery. I am disappointed in the way Dr Elias Jarade treated me. He didn’t even suggest that I go see a doctor as that was not a normal discomfort post surgery. I doubt he even listened to my voice note that was sent after multiple unanswered international calls. He gave me zero importance and didn’t bother asking for any questions to know what I’m going through. When I first met Dr Elias Jarade I told him that I’m not coming to see you as a representative in the parliament, I’m looking for a doctor patient relationship. He assured me that this won’t be the case ever.
I am sharing this feedback for who ever is reading this to avoid going through my pain, struggle and horrible experience.
My experience with the hospital was satisfactory and positive. The staff was respectful, positive, and cooperative. The organization of the steps and adherence to appointments during the examination and the procedure were commendable. Rita's follow-up and clarification were incredibly supportive! The procedure was smooth and successful, with excellent results. The doctor was very cooperative and clear. I wish the best of luck to the entire hospital staff and the professional doctor!

The surgical team, led by Dr. Elias Jarade, was beyond impressive. Dr. Jarade took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all of my questions. Their skill and precision during the surgery itself were remarkable, and I felt confident throughout the entire process.

The best person to perform eye surgery(doctor Elias grady), and the best treatment from his team, with great thanks to everyone.
I underwent LASIK eye surgery on May 22. The team was very supportive and explained everything to me in great detail. I was very stressed, but Dr. Elias Jradeh and the team tried to soothe me, making the surgery very smooth.
