Quick and Smooth Sale of Surplus Carpet Tile Inventory A client in Alabama recently needed help selling excess carpet tile to free up space at their facility. As a Salvex representative, I helped connect them with buyers and move the inventory quickly and efficiently. Everything went smoothly and is a good example of how Salvex helps companies sell surplus material to buyers around the world.

Good place to make business I recently worked with a client in Houston who needed to sell a surplus inventory of industrial generators. From start to finish, the transaction was handled efficiently, and the equipment sold much faster than expected. The process was straightforward, transparent, and well organized, which made the experience very positive for everyone involved. Working with Salvex has shown me how valuable their platform is for companies looking to maximize recovery on surplus assets while simplifying the sales process.

I don't know what has happened to this company. I worked with them in the past and things went fine. But now they have taken money and not delivered on the goods. They are not sending a refund and are avoiding the issue. It has been almost 2 months. Follow up: The goods were finally released to me, but my repeated requests for a refund when it was not happening were ignored, and they treated me like it was unreasonable for me to ask for a refund. It should not be my problem if they are having issues with the other side of a deal. I know I don't treat my customers like this.

Over a year ago, I deposited $30,000 USD into my Salvex account. They've been holding my money as a credit balance ever since and refusing to return it to my bank account despite repeated requests. Every time I ask for a refund, they ignore me, delay the response, or simply go silent. They are refusing to return my own money. To try to recover at least some value from this situation, I recently placed a $30,000 bid on a product listed by a seller I personally know and trust. The seller contacted me directly and said my offer was "too low" and asked if I could bid higher -- which made no sense to me. Later, the same seller showed me screenshot proof that Salvex only presented him with an offer of $10,000, not the $30,000 I actually bid. In other words: I placed a $30,000 bid (I have full screenshots). Salvex only showed the seller a $10,000 offer. (images attached ) This isn't just poor service -- this is fraud. They are withholding customers' money, lying about bids, and manipulating offers between buyers and sellers for reasons I can only assume are dishonest or illegal. After more than a year, $30,000 of my funds are still stuck, and Salvex continues to avoid any accountability. I strongly advise everyone: stay far away from Salvex. This company is not trustworthy. and I will not stay silent until this issue is resolved. **Update to my previous review:** I am adding this update because, in my experience, this situation has still not been resolved. Salvex has been holding approximately **$30,000** of my money for more than **two years**, and despite repeated communication, I still have not received my money back. After I posted reviews about my experience, Salvex contacted me and asked me to provide or update my account details so they could proceed with the refund process. I did what they asked. After that, instead of simply returning my money, they told me the refund would only move forward once my reviews were removed from all platforms. I am attaching a screenshot of that communication so people can see why I am concerned. To me, this is extremely troubling. A company should not hold a customer’s money for years and then make removal of honest reviews a condition before issuing a refund. I told them I am willing to update or remove negative comments once the matter is actually resolved, but the refund should come first. As of now, I still have not been paid. I also noticed that Salvex appears to respond to some newer online reviews, while my reviews and concerns have been ignored publicly. I do not know why they are choosing not to address my situation openly, but I find it very concerning. In addition, someone previously contacted me by phone and asked me to remove my negative review. When I refused, he asked about my own company’s Google page. I cannot know what his intention was, but the question made me uncomfortable and added to my concerns about how this company handles complaints. Based on my personal experience, I do not feel comfortable doing business with Salvex, and I strongly caution others to be very careful. I believe customers should know what happened to me before deciding whether to trust this company with their money. If Salvex returns my money, I will update this review to reflect that. Until then, I am also considering legal action in the United States to recover what I believe I am owed.

We have been waiting on a refund of $7,500.00 since December 2025 as of today 05/14/2026 we have not received the refund and can not get a repsonse back from anyone. Numerous calls and emails have all gone unanswered. When you call they transfer you to a vm. We pre-paid for the items won at auction and then the seller never responded. While we initially thought Salvez would rectify the situation, we quickly found out that would not be the case. THIS PLACE IS CLEARLY FRAUDULENT AND A SCAM!!!

Surplus Inventory Sale I recently participated in a project in Phoenix, Arizona involving the sale of approximately 12,500 units of surplus retail inventory, including damaged home décor items and overstock seasonal merchandise. Despite some packaging damage and minor cosmetic defects, the process went smoothly, and we were able to connect with a qualified buyer quickly through Salvex’s marketplace platform.

Professional and Efficient Battery Energy Storage System Transaction with Salvex As a Salvex contractor, I recently worked on the successful sale of a Battery Energy Storage System in Saudi Arabia through the Salvex marketplace. The process was smooth and professionally managed from listing to buyer engagement and both party's negotiation. We were able to attract qualified interest quickly, and an arrangement of inspection followed by the successful transaction was completed efficiently. Salvex continues to be an excellent platform for connecting surplus inventory with global buyers while maximizing asset recovery value and delivering professional customer experience.

Efficient Handling of Surplus Solar Assets I recently had the opportunity to assist a client who was looking to offload a significant amount of surplus solar panels, inverters, and related equipment. As a Salvex contractor, I can honestly say the experience was one of the smoothest asset liquidations processes I've been a part of. Shahriar

Airbus A320 Surplus Sale As a Salvex contractor, I recently helped a client remarket surplus components from their A320 fleet. The platform attracted qualified global buyers almost immediately, offers were competitive, and the entire transaction was good.

When a client in Texas came to me needing to sell 6MW worth of solar panels to clear space on their property, I knew the right move was listing them through Salvex. As a contractor on the platform, I've seen it perform well, but this transaction stood out even by those standards.

Money held as “credit” for over a year — then asked to remove my review to access my own funds Money held as “credit” for over a year — then asked to remove my review to access my own funds I paid for a deal that did not go through. Since then, the company has kept my money as “credit” instead of refunding it. It has been over a year and I have repeatedly asked for a refund and a clear resolution, but I have not received a proper answer despite multiple messages and attempts to resolve this. Now please look at the screenshot I’m attaching and ask yourself: what is this? A person contacting me says they work for Salvex and writes (paraphrased, shown in the screenshot) that if I remove my negative feedback, they will “offer” me the opportunity to use my available credit. In other words: I’m being asked to remove my honest review so I can use the same money they have been holding and not refunding. That is a huge red flag. To show I’m trying to be reasonable, I even offered a compromise: I told them they can keep around $2,000.00 and refund the rest. Even then, I was ignored and no clear response was provided. At this point, I no longer feel confident at all because of the way this has been handled. I have kept documentation of the communication. Salvex: Why are you not responding with a clear written solution? I’ve seen you reply publicly to other reviews saying you’re “investigating.” If any part of what I’m saying is incorrect, please respond publicly and clarify—otherwise, please do the right thing: refund my money.

It’s getting worse and worse — still no refund, and now I’m worried about my business It’s getting worse and worse — still no refund, and now I’m worried about my business I’m posting this as an additional update because the situation is getting worse, and I’m still not getting my money back or a clear resolution for my credit. In a WhatsApp chat, after I asked again about returning my money / fixing this issue, the representative did something that made me very uncomfortable. Instead of giving a clear answer, he asked “is this your company page” and sent me two different links/pages to confirm which one belongs to my business. When I replied “No” to the first one, he sent another and asked “this one correct?”. I asked directly: “Why you asking?” and his response was: “to identify right data.” From my perspective as a customer, this is a serious red flag. My request is simple—resolve my money/credit—so I don’t understand why identifying my company page is necessary for that. I already explained that this situation has caused me losses and affected my ability to move forward with my business, so this new behavior only adds to my stress. Because I’ve already shared a negative review about my experience, this interaction made me feel worried about my business as well. I want to be clear: I cannot confirm his intention, but this is how it felt based on the messages. At this point, I’m again requesting a professional resolution with clear written confirmation and a firm timeline
