I had a great experience with Alex and Alfonso for dryer vent cleaning. I just had them came over to help out on December 16, 2025. They were professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly, showed me the lint buildup before and after, and made sure everything was clean and working properly before leaving. The service was thorough and efficient. I feel much safer using my dryer now. Highly recommend Benjamin home services!

Von and his team were great and helpful! They deep cleaned my couch and 2 rugs. I noticed a couple spots after they were done and they had no problem coming back to go over them again! Very friendly and easy to work with, thank you so much!

Would give no stars if I could. Cleaners kept trying to sell me different things and up charge , very pushy although I declined multiple times. I see no difference in my couch although I paid for the second tier of cleaning. Told them I needed for cat urine to come out and waited until after they were done to tell me I would need to pay for the third tier for pet accidents. Avoid these people at all costs.

Came with the suggested price. He raised 5x price for our duct cleaning. I declined and then he lowered to 2.5x. I declined his final offer with his trip charge. So salesy. Not recommend him.

Booked for steam cleaning but the technician kept telling me to shampoo even though it was recently shampooed and deodorized The technician arrived with a cleaning machine and not a steam machine and machine did not emit any steam at all.. all it did was sprayed water on the entire carpet with water all soaking . Then we had to pay more money to get dryers from Home Depot to dry the carpets.. as the carpets were soaking wet and seeping water into bathrooms When we called the company just went back and forth and we never heard back on any resolution. Would be nice if the company would stick to customer request and come with proper equipment for the booking. Overall bad service.

Ruthlessly pursued the upsell and then performed unauthorized work after I repeatedly told them no (3 separate people called me and were all told no). The tech then compelled my resident into coming out of pocket $500+ for extra work under the guise of necessity which I am now covering.
