This place genuinely pisses me off. I don’t know if it’s cause of the manager was there today but wasted my time and could have let me know before when I just wanted to switch my wheels( front left to front right and the front right to front left). I’ve had it done before but “spacers” were the reason why. It’s a simple task that’s was literally done multiple times before which is why I’m rating it so low.

Shayne ( if I spelled name right ) he was the AG that was at the desk who helped me get in and out with my tires and also made some suggestions what services I can do on my next visit with them his teams are very professional and executed the task very well and proficiently. If you’re not getting your tires here, I don’t know where else you guys are getting your tires from these guys has been the greatest team I have ever go to in any other tires places I’ve been to 10 out of 10 stars

The manager Andrea screamed at me and grabbed my phone out of my hands, from across the computer desk and threw it. Never been treated so poorly in my life! They also can’t seem to do proper work- they overfilled my husband’s oil in his car and we had to bring it back 3x until they fixed it properly. We will never go back to Belle Tire and I hope someone makes Andrea go to anger management because she scared me when she took the phone out of my hands. It was not right.

All I wanted was a tire change then they take it upon themselves to run diagnostics and charge $28 for labor when they claim to do it for free then on top of that give me tire protection plan I didn't ask for. Incompetence people incompetence!!!!

Guys, you need to try harder and get new mgmt. You wanted to charge me for tire install; Costco is free You wanted to charge for tire road hazard; Costco is free You told me you couldn’t patch my tire and I would have to buy a new one; Costco patched it for $4. I have 4 family vehicles and have purchased 3-4 sets of tires from you and I still get a raw deal. Mechanical repairs are no different with quotes for tie rods and other parts substantial higher than other local shops.

I want to give a huge thank you to Andrea Sampiere, the manager at the Belle Tire on Michigan Road in Carmel, Indiana. I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and was extremely upset and overwhelmed. When I called, Andrea answered with such genuine kindness and calmness. From the very first moment, she made me feel reassured and taken care of. She went above and beyond to help me. Not only did she work quickly to get me back on the road, but she also gave me a higher-quality tire at a price I could actually afford. She didn’t have to do that, but she truly cared about my safety and my situation. It was clear she wasn’t just doing her job — she was looking out for me as a person. In a moment that could have stayed stressful and upsetting, Andrea turned it into a reminder that there are still compassionate, honest people out there. Her professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help meant more to me than she probably realizes. Thank you again, Andrea, for your kindness and for going the extra mile. I am so incredibly grateful

Had a 8 o’clock appointment I was told to put the keys in the lock box. I stop by at 7:30 AM. I did my running around. Came back about 930 To pick up my truck To my chagrin, it had not been touched. I walked in and it explained that I had a 8 o’clock appointment. I have my truck tires balanced, and rotated. This is at 9:30. When I inquired as to why the truck was not done when I had an appointment at 8 o’clock, she got snippy with me and said it was in the lock box that tells us we have all day to work on your truck I said did you not see my name at 8 o’clock and my truck was out there she said yes she goes. I had three people call off work today and I had three 8 o’clock this morning appointments. I had one technician. I said you got a phone right? You could’ve called me and explain the situation but you did not.. She said you are next to be pulled in the bay so at about 945 they pulled my truck in. She said they’ll be done in about Half hour to 45 minutes At 11 o’clock I walked up to the desk as I stood there for about five minutes actually it was for eight minutes then two Employees were conferring with each other and answering phones by pretending I was not standing there Long story short I finally got my truck back to me at 11:45 mind you I had an 8 o’clock appointment Apparently does not matter if you have an appointment or not not at the store on Michigan Road When I checked with the gentleman Friday to set up an appointment for today at 8 o’clock he explained to me just drop your keys in a lock box at 7:30 when you’re done at the gym we’ll get it in at 8 o’clock. We’ll have it done when you get back. Apparently, he was one of the ones that called in sick poor communication from the manager in poor communication from the two employees that pretended that I was not standing there for five minutes when I inquired about my truck they proceeded to try to tell me it takes time to road balance tires This is the worst experience I’ve had at Bell tire I will not be returning to this store on Michigan Road in the future, I will just be there early as I know the other Bell tires do not take appointments at least there if I get there early I can be seen at 8 o’clock and be taken in and worked on quickly. Shame on the manager for poor communication and professionalism, and shame on the two employees for the same reason. Because of their incompetence, I had to rearrange my schedule and my day and change appointments. I know things happen but communicate at least and be professional and courteous about it. Neither one of these were promoted by the bell tire manager or the employees. I know this is a long rant, but at least when I go to Whitestown and Westfield, I get taken care of very quickly and Completely and confidently I cannot say the same for the Bell tire on Michigan Road If this is the way Bell tire is going to run their stores then in the future, I will look elsewhere for new tires Steve Holubik

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! However, Shane was fantastic and none of the absolute tomfoolery that has occurred is his fault. In fact he deserves a raise. Now down the BS. I had a caliper blow out and had to get my vehicle towed. I called belle tire ahead of time to make sure they could do the work. I was assured that I was in good hands. That couldn’t have been more WRONG. They have worked on my truck in the past at the Camby location and also put new tires on. Fast forward to now and I get a call stating that they will not work on it because of adapters. So let me get this straight. Belle tire will take your money and put tires on, but will not honor the lifetime rotate and balance or work on a vehicle that needs urgent repair, if the adapters that were present when they installed and worked on my vehicle prior are still there! That is CRAZY WORK. Now I have paid over 500 dollars to get my vehicle towed to Tire barn that will ACTUALLY DO RIGHT by their customers! Belle tire should be consistent throughout all locations. Shady and shifty business practice. Shame on you. Do better!

I bought 4 tires from Belle 5 months ago. Today my wife went in to the store to have her tire pressures check. She was told they couldn’t get to it for 4 hours. She was told to use the air pump outside. She told the agent she didn’t know how to use it. No one offered to help her.

Came here to say, The Manager Andrea should not be a manager with the type of manners that she gives to customers. Who is she to call a customer names such as “silly” and “gullible” in a non sarcastic way, that is not a way to talk to a customer as a high staff worker. If I knew how to contact HR and report this I would because overall the other employees seems to be nice and out going also helpful but Andrea on the other hand is the quite opposite. How do you work at a customer service place but act and talk the way you do. Seems like this building needs someone that actually understands how to run a Belle Tire.

HORRIBLE. ordered winter tires. they ordered and installed summer tires right before winter storm. had to learn they were the wrong tires from the dealership while car was being serviced and the tires were not balanced. dealership had to catch that as well. Manager took 2 days to call me back after me leaving multiple messages and said she was too busy. Asked what she could do to make it right and when I suggested $200 off the nearly $2400 in tires she said that was "way out of line" $200 for putting family at risk and my extra time without my car. Hmmm. I have another $2400 in summer tires to buy this spring. They just lost that business.

Two years ago they were great. Stopped by recently to have a problem checked and they wanted to charge me $1400 to have the work redone. Took my tires off and replaced my front brakes for $55. I knew they were full of BS. The tech did loosen my oil filter because after my visit my vehicle started leaking oil which I never had an issue with. I tightened my oil filter and that fixed my leak.
