WASTED MY TIME AND RUINED MY PLANS
My first and last experience at this place.
I called early in the morning to explain my situation with one of my tires. I mentioned that I was preparing for a family trip and needed the vehicle ready by 5:00 PM the same day. The person who assisted me assured me the tire would be fixed by then. They processed a ticket and said they had ordered the correct tire size.
During my lunch break, I stopped by to follow up. I even asked if I needed to pay anything in advance and offered to leave my phone number, insurance information, and any other necessary details.
Just to avoid miscommunication. They told me it wasn’t needed at the time.
After waiting over 6 hours, no one called me with an update. I had to call them myself, only to find out the tire hadn't been changed at all and that I’d have to wait until the next afternoon.
This level of service is unacceptable. The customer service here was negligent and unprofessional. I truly hope this review reaches the owner and helps them understand that serious improvements are needed. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone and I’ve promised myself I’ll never return.

I have been a Belle Tire customer for quite some time. I’ve always had positive experiences up until today. I took my car in because I hit a pothole and the tire went flat. The sales associate was a young Man who was pleasant and professional. However, there was a lady that walked up at interjected herself and our conversation as I asked about my old tire. This tire was not under warranty and I was told by Phone that it was not able to be repaired. When my partner asked where the tire was located, Andrea, the manager very rudely told me that we cannot have our old tire back because it’s already gone out to scrap. she started spouting off something about a warranty and kept changing her story As to why we could not see the old tire.When we questioned if we could see why it was not repairable, she was extremely rude. She never greeted us once she started just talking at us and telling us it’s policy that it goes to scrap. when I asked to see the policy, she then said there’s not a policy. She was completely rude did not greet anyone and said well I’m the manager. I told her well, I’m the customer and I paid for that old tire and would like to know where it is. Andrea was completely unprofessional and probably needs to take a look at her actions so that that particular Belle Tire Does not continue to lose customers.Needless to say they probably need to get rid of her because she has zero customer service skills she does not greet customers, and she is rude and interject herself. Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with them. Corporate probably needs to retrain this rude lady Or get rid of her because Now I will no longer give them my business

A flat tire derailed our road trip across the country and the lovely people at Belle Tire not only repaired the tire with speed and professionalism, but gave me and my dog a clean, safe and comfortable place to wait while it was fixed. Surprisingly - and this Jersey girl means it, the service was free! Just the way a neighbor helps a neighbor. Thank you Belle Tire and please come East. You rock!

Visited Belle tire on Michigan Road because my Jeep was shaking and told i needed 4 new tires quote for $1027- $1806 and a alignment needed for $159.99 but that the reason my Jeep was shaking and what was told was a must to be repaired as it was a huge safety issue was my Steering Stabilizer for $245.60. I went for a second opinion at another tire place and low and behold my Jeep does NOT even have a steering stabilizer. They were trying to sell me a part my Jeep does not even have on it. So wrong to try a charge for something I don't have or need. They saw I was someone who didn't know about cars and tried to scare me into spending over $2,000 saying my Jeep was unsafe to drive. The other place replaced my tires for 1/2 the tire quote price and did the alignment for free. Jeep is running perfectly with no shaking now. It should not be lawful for them to try to up sale with parts you don't have knowing i would never know they didn't replace this piece i don't have. I always share with friends and family when things go good with companies and this time i cant stop sharing about my bad experience. Belle Tire needs to make this right.

I called set up an appointment. We discussed the tire size and pricing and then I get there and they tried to literally double the price on me instead of $30 to mount the tires. They told me 60 per each tire. The manager, Andrea Sampiere was extremely rude and arrogant

I was only using the free air for my tires, and one of the guys was leaving for the day and asked if I needed help anyway. 10/10 would recommend

I only gave them 2 stars since they at least put the tires on. Otherwise it would have been zero. 9:00 am appointment which wasn’t completed by noon. They also play the “ add on” game. They won’t do alignment unless you pay extra. lol. Seriously? This is a tire store? Poor management , poor service and seemingly not ethical. Don’t make the mistake I did. They are just another hassle.

Reviewing based on work they DIDN’T do. My son was told by another Belle Tire location, after an oil change, that he needed brake repairs and tires. He came home from school on break and we took his car to this Belle Tire, that we always use, and they said tires and brakes were fine…..no repairs needed. A shop with less integrity could have gone ahead and done the expensive repairs, but they didn’t. I appreciate the honesty!
