HORRIBLE. ordered winter tires. they ordered and installed summer tires right before winter storm. had to learn they were the wrong tires from the dealership while car was being serviced and the tires were not balanced. dealership had to catch that as well. Manager took 2 days to call me back after me leaving multiple messages and said she was too busy. Asked what she could do to make it right and when I suggested $200 off the nearly $2400 in tires she said that was "way out of line" $200 for putting family at risk and my extra time without my car. Hmmm. I have another $2400 in summer tires to buy this spring. They just lost that business.
