Guys, you need to try harder and get new mgmt. You wanted to charge me for tire install; Costco is free You wanted to charge for tire road hazard; Costco is free You told me you couldn’t patch my tire and I would have to buy a new one; Costco patched it for $4. I have 4 family vehicles and have purchased 3-4 sets of tires from you and I still get a raw deal. Mechanical repairs are no different with quotes for tie rods and other parts substantial higher than other local shops.

I want to give a huge thank you to Andrea Sampiere, the manager at the Belle Tire on Michigan Road in Carmel, Indiana. I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and was extremely upset and overwhelmed. When I called, Andrea answered with such genuine kindness and calmness. From the very first moment, she made me feel reassured and taken care of. She went above and beyond to help me. Not only did she work quickly to get me back on the road, but she also gave me a higher-quality tire at a price I could actually afford. She didn’t have to do that, but she truly cared about my safety and my situation. It was clear she wasn’t just doing her job — she was looking out for me as a person. In a moment that could have stayed stressful and upsetting, Andrea turned it into a reminder that there are still compassionate, honest people out there. Her professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help meant more to me than she probably realizes. Thank you again, Andrea, for your kindness and for going the extra mile. I am so incredibly grateful

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! However, Shane was fantastic and none of the absolute tomfoolery that has occurred is his fault. In fact he deserves a raise. Now down the BS. I had a caliper blow out and had to get my vehicle towed. I called belle tire ahead of time to make sure they could do the work. I was assured that I was in good hands. That couldn’t have been more WRONG. They have worked on my truck in the past at the Camby location and also put new tires on. Fast forward to now and I get a call stating that they will not work on it because of adapters. So let me get this straight. Belle tire will take your money and put tires on, but will not honor the lifetime rotate and balance or work on a vehicle that needs urgent repair, if the adapters that were present when they installed and worked on my vehicle prior are still there! That is CRAZY WORK. Now I have paid over 500 dollars to get my vehicle towed to Tire barn that will ACTUALLY DO RIGHT by their customers! Belle tire should be consistent throughout all locations. Shady and shifty business practice. Shame on you. Do better!

I bought 4 tires from Belle 5 months ago. Today my wife went in to the store to have her tire pressures check. She was told they couldn’t get to it for 4 hours. She was told to use the air pump outside. She told the agent she didn’t know how to use it. No one offered to help her.

HORRIBLE. ordered winter tires. they ordered and installed summer tires right before winter storm. had to learn they were the wrong tires from the dealership while car was being serviced and the tires were not balanced. dealership had to catch that as well. Manager took 2 days to call me back after me leaving multiple messages and said she was too busy. Asked what she could do to make it right and when I suggested $200 off the nearly $2400 in tires she said that was "way out of line" $200 for putting family at risk and my extra time without my car. Hmmm. I have another $2400 in summer tires to buy this spring. They just lost that business.

Two years ago they were great. Stopped by recently to have a problem checked and they wanted to charge me $1400 to have the work redone. Took my tires off and replaced my front brakes for $55. I knew they were full of BS. The tech did loosen my oil filter because after my visit my vehicle started leaking oil which I never had an issue with. I tightened my oil filter and that fixed my leak.

I worked with Adriana and Andrea on an issue with my car. They got me out the door super quickly for a trip I couldn't move and made sure I was safe! They worked with me on my budget, too. Overall, great experience.

Andrea was great in helping address my tire issue. Had a puncture and she noted what would need to be done, the timeframe and what I was covered for. Let me stay in the lobby area and work while I waited on the car. Always great service and support!

Waited 45 minutes after my appointment time, my car hadn't even been brought into the bay yet. I had to cancel the alignment so I could get back to work. I didn't get out until 2:30 for a 1:00 appointment.

Unfortunately I just received poor service from this establishment. Purchased 4 tires under 6 months ago. Needed to replace flat and didn't purchase the warranty but still planned to get tire fixed there. I spoke to the manager days before and was going to work with me on pricing great. But after going this morning was advised by staff there is a lock on the tires ...my tires don't have locks..the lug nut was broken from their installation I was also advised a mechanic can only remove this and no one is available till Monday. Lucky for me I was able to seal tire enough to get to another tire store.

This establishment began with acceptable service but has markedly deteriorated since Grant, the former tire tech and sales technician, departed. The conduct of Andrea, the current manager, is wholly unprofessional and confrontational—her behavior is the worst encountered by myself and my parents. Her lack of decorum and excessive volume are entirely unsuitable for anyone in a leadership position. Leadership demands professionalism, yet at this location, the manager’s poor example has led staff to emulate her unacceptable behavior. A formal complaint has been submtitted with corporate. After reviewing Google reviews that confirm my experience and my parents’ experience, it is apparent that immediate corrective action by upper management is necessary. Andrea requires thorough coaching and redirection, as she undermines the very role of a manager and damages employee morale. Corporate management must seriously evaluate the standard of service delivered here. Ask yourselves if this is the level of respect and professionalism you would wish for your own relatives—including elderly parents, young adult children, and friends. Customers expect a welcoming atmosphere and genuine service—not a brash, ill-mannered individual masquerading as a manager while offering unreliable diagnostics. Please rectify this situation promptly and restore the professionalism customers rightfully expect. This is simply a tire shop, and it shouldn’t be this complicated or harsh of an environment.

They replace two tires for me. I was very satisfied with their service. Yes sometimes you do have to wait. It's better to wait in their lobby than to be sitting on the side of the highway with a flat tire. Remember that next time you need to have your tires replaced.

I went to Belle Tire last Saturday to see about getting a screw removed from one of my tires. I indicated to the salesperson that I was not interested in buying tires, I simply wanted to have my tire patched. I was suddenly being offered the option to buy four tires, which I was not given a choice of. Based on the condition of my tires, I did decide to replace all four. I was told that if I had 45 minutes to wait, two more tires would be delivered and I’d be on my way soon after with my “out the door price”. It took over three hours after being reassured that my truck was being pulled in next. After two and a half hours, the manager on duty told me he was going to comp me the alignment, which I was not told about, nor consented to. I thanked him for covering the cost for me. When my truck was finally done, the cost was the same fee I was shown earlier as the “out the door price”. Where was the discount for the alignment? I asked and was assured it had been deducted. I paid the balance, skeptically. I got in my truck and noted that all four lug nut covers were present on the new tires. By the time I got to the gas station down the street, two were missing, having come off on the way there as they were not reinstalled properly. I called the store to inquire why they would have come off and was told that it happens all the time, that lug nut covers fall off often after getting new tires. I told the manager that it was interesting to me as I’ve drive 40,000 miles on my truck and have had several alignments done at the dealership with no problems at all. I am disappointed in the way I was treated, especially, as a female. I am now out two lug nut covers and wish the store would own up to reinstalling them incorrectly and offer to replace them. It was even more disappointing that we have had good experiences at this location previously, but I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this location to friends and family.
