I’ve been here a few times for nails in tires and will always come back. This time I got my tires rotated and balanced as well. The staff are all very friendly and honest about how long it will take. They do a great job and have my business for life!

I couldn't be happier! I had a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon. They worked me in, fixed the tire, replaced the spare and charged zero dollars. I really appreciate the service. Being able to get this done quickly will make all the difference in my schedule!

Quinton was very helpful and informative in regards to wheels for my mini Cooper.

Yikes. Decent service, nothing great. This was the new tire I left with… good tread, but looks too worn to be brand new? These were taken right outside the shop.

Brought my car in for an oil change, alignment, and windshield washer reservoir replacement. Alignment and oil change fine were fine, so far. What bugged me is that i jump in my car excited to finally be able to clean my windshield again, only to find out my reservoir was empty. Just frustrating they couldn’t fill it up for me, especially given they charged me 21$ for misc shop supplies used in the install…. I can go get my oil changed anywhere and most places I’ve been to top of fluids as a courtesy. I guess I’ll be going back to those places from now on Update: Andrea provided me great customer service today. I’m raising my stars to five from three based solely on Andrea professionalism and care

So today I ran over a big piece of metal,,, unfortunately the thunderstorm that just brought hail was about 5 minutes from starting,,, they literally had closed 5 minutes before I showed up,,, so what did Belle tire do,, they came outside and put my spare on... One of the best acts of humanity I've seen in a long time ,,,my daughter and I were really really stuck... And if I'm being serious it almost brought me to tears when I got home....

Quinton and Andrea advised me on wheel rim repair after I hit a pot hole and damaged the wheel rim. Not only did I saved money from purchasing a new rim, they are also very fast in repairing the rim. I am very satisfied with their work...

Brian H from the Carmel location was AMAZING!!! He went above and beyond to help me get new tires put on my vehicle. I will be back because of the level of the customer service. 10/10!

Since when us it right to abuse customer? To tell a customer to leave when she is asking for explanation of the estimate to another employee bcuz I do not want to deal foe the second time on my day with the " manager" Andrea's horribly abusive attitude. Since when is totally rudeness, unprofessionalism ok with this company??? Since when does Andrea the " manager" tell me to leave the store immediately when talking to another employee who says he can't explain anything but I have to deal with Andrea? And since when have I ever Bern told at 57 yrs old that, " get out if here; we will not service your vehicle!!" When I'm going thru the estimate with an employee who I've dealt with before. There's a really big problem here & the absurd abuse Andrea's dealt me from 8 am til I came to pick up my vehicle needs to be addressed. How I was treated is unacceptable, and disgusting. I want a call from Corp since I took notes on how this" manager" talked to me.

On my way to work, I managed to pick up something, it happened, and Belle Tire was the closest to me. I called a head, and it would be a bit of a wait, as they are very busy. However, they were upfront about the wait. I needed a quick fix and was willing to pay. However, the wonderful gentleman who took my call insisted they could do it for free. While they were taking care of my tire, they did a quick inspection of my suspension and gave me an estimate which, after some general searching, is a great deal, and the young woman who presented me with it offered that, although I knew I couldn't apply for a credit card, suggested that I could bring in my vehicle and pay for things as I could, as in they could break it down into segments of "needs it now, and can wait a bit"... all of this is general wear and tear of a long-lived vehicle. I was so impressed by the great customer service that I will be taking them up on the offer to do the maintenance on a bit by bit basis. Thank you for the 5-star service!! And for the record the piece of glass they pulled out was rather large, and they did it for free... along with amazing customer service. 😍 gonna go back for sure!!

Had a screw in my tire and was losing pressure. Belle Tire was my first choice for repair. They took care of me quickly, even without an appointment. I had purchased from them before and they have been professional, timely and the Carmel store on Michigan Road is very comfortable for the brief wait. I will continue to use them as my tire store.

Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made this a 5 star experience. He deserves a raise or vacation after helping me figure out all the problems my car was having and getting them fixed in a timely manner!
