When I went for my tour I was shown a very poor looking unit that was filthy and apparently still under renovation. I asked to see a unit that was " move in ready " and was told that the unit being viewed was move in ready. There's no way that was accurate especially with scuffed up walls and holes in the walls and doors. The guide was friendly or I would of given it 1 star.

Absolutely not a good place to call home. Speeding cars, fighting, homeless people in vacant apartments. Mold, bugs, bad plumbing, and the staff is very rude.💯

They indeed won’t let you get your belongings once you have to move out!!! Do not move to these they all act like they don’t like their job sometime also! I tried to get my belongings and the property manager said no with literally no reason on why I couldn’t get them.. I’ve asked nicely & still haven’t heard anything from them or the property manager. Everytime I call or email no response been emailing them for about 2-3 weeks they even said they were gonna have the maintenance throw away our belongings way before the weekend without letting us get what we wanted since they wouldn’t let us get all our belongings in the beginning! The whole office rude

I got what I asked for when it came to picking out what type of apt I had wanted and the move in special was really nice but the apartment was not cleaned at all and when I spoke to the office they told me there was nothing that they could do about it since I had already moved in which was misleading because they never showed me the unit before moving in and taking the keys.

Very poor service. They collected rent without fixing what we agreed on and they promised me they were going to fix them , oven is not working, stove handle is broken, no blinds on the windows, and they expected me to move in. I have told them several times to get these things taking care, still nothing is being done. Am very disappointed.

I went to the office to report a maintenance issue. The man at the desk took my request. On my way back home. I saw one of the maintenance staff. I asked him if he would reset my circuit breaker. He gladly backed up and reset my breaker. The maintenance man's name was Anthony and I would like to thank the management for hiring a great team member like Anthony. He is a TRUE Professional!!!!!!
