I have had issues with my dryer since we moved in 17 years ago. I have had my dryer vent cleaned by other companies but the issue was never resolved. The vent Wizzard were the first to come out and really try to figure out what was causing the vent problem. My clothes and towels are now drying in record time and not the usual 3-4 hours

Dryer Vent Wizard of Bellaire is a very professional business and they were very thorough when they did their inspection. Shamal told me exactly what was going on with my vent and what would have to be done to fix my dryer vent line. I told all my neighbors to get their dryer vent line cleaned because it has made our dryer run really well. We had 2 weeks worth of laundry to do because our dryer had not been working. It was a pleasure working with Shamal and his assist from Dryer Vent Wizard of Bellaire. They have called in advance and showed up on time, proceeded to explain the work to be performed and answered all of my questions. They have performed their Ten Point checks and shared their findings from their checks. They have explained the cost of everything and after my approval they have done a detailed cleaning of the Dryer Vent, Repaired the Vent that was not compliant and replaced duct and plastic tapes with fire code compliant tapes. They took the time to ensure my dryer is working properly and took their reading before the job and after the completion and shared with me. I am very happy with the quality of service and professionalism they provided, and strongly recommend them. I am planning to call them annually for dryer Vent inspection and cleaning to make my home safe and prevent fires caused by Dryer Vents.
