Had a great experience at Bella Bridesmaids and was able to get my MOB dress picked out and finalized in an hour!! Dina was so helpful in selecting dresses to try on based on my preferences and I ended up selecting the first dress we tried. Also was so happy to learn they have a good selection of Mac Duggal dresses you can try on at this location as you normally have to have those ordered in to be able to try them on. Highly recommend checking them out if you want an easygoing, helpful and stress free experience!!

We arrived from out of town without an appointment so we were sent away as they had other customers in the store.
As we were trying to figure out where to go next someone came out to our car to invite us back in since the previous customer found her dress to purchase.
So glad we didn’t drive away too soon. Found several MOB dresses I liked a lot and one I LOVED and purchased. The store is small so only one party in at a time however you will get special attention while there.

What a great experience!! The owner is wonderful, kind, and really helped me pick my dress!! I wouldn’t have been able to make a decision without her and her staff! The experience was seamless and it felt very personalized. I loved my dress and upon pickup they made sure I had all the resources to make any alterations to the dress! I will definitely be back and have highly recommended them to all of my friends and family! This is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for a high end and timeless piece!

If I could I would give no stars. I initially had high hopes for this bridal shop. I’m getting married soon and thought this would be the perfect place for my bridesmaids to get their dresses. We did the VIP experience at the Scottsdale location with Dana, and everything there was amazing. The staff made us feel welcome, and all of my bridesmaids left excited and confident.
Unfortunately, the experience at the Indianapolis location was the complete opposite. One of my bridesmaids, who lives in Indy, scheduled an appointment and drove 30 minutes to get there. Due to an accident on the highway, she called ahead to let them know she’d be 8 minutes late — only 8 minutes — but instead of accommodating her, they told her she’d have to reschedule. Disappointing, but she agreed and came back the following Tuesday.
When she arrived that day, the store wasn’t even open. She had to call someone to come and unlock the doors. Then, as soon as she walked in, she was told, without hesitation, that there was "nothing that would fit her" and that she should have said she was plus-size. My bridesmaid was understandably shocked and hurt, but since she had already made the effort to be there, she tried to look around anyway. The staff member then told her not to bother looking in certain areas because “nothing over there would fit” either. The entire experience made her feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
This is not the kind of treatment I want for any of my girls — or anyone, for that matter. We come in all shapes and sizes, and every bride and bridesmaid deserves to be treated with dignity and kindness. It's disheartening to see such a stark contrast between locations. While Dana in Scottsdale gave us a beautiful experience, this encounter in Indy completely turned me off from supporting this business any further. None of my girls will be getting their dresses here, and I can’t recommend a place that makes people feel excluded and disrespected.
I want to clarify a few points in your review, as I believe you did not receive accurate information.
On Friday afternoon, August 22, your bridesmaid was scheduled for a 30-minute Fitting Appointment at 3:30pm. She called at 3:26 to inform us she would be 25 minutes late. Since we had other commitments that afternoon, we couldn’t accommodate her at that time. She understood completely and immediately asked if she could reschedule to Tuesday, August 26, at 12pm, which suited us well.
At 12:05pm on August 26, we called to check on her because she was late, and we had not heard from her. Our call went straight to voicemail. We told her we could hold her appointment until 12:15pm, but if we didn’t hear from her by then, we would need to mark her as a No-Show. At 12:15 pm, she was marked as a No-Show. She received an email stating we left a voicemail, but since we hadn’t heard from her and her appointment had started 15 minutes earlier, we had to move on.
Our store was fully staffed yesterday, and she never arrived. We even checked our security cameras to see if we somehow missed her arrival. It’s unacceptable that either you or she are spreading such harmful lies about our store and staff.
We take pride in being a size-inclusive store. We would never tell someone not to look around or that nothing would fit them. Our samples range from sizes 00-32, encompassing all sizes our designers we carry.
Before leaving false reviews about businesses, I suggest you get to know the whole story .

While a tad expensive, this experience was amazing!!! Bella Bridesmaids in Carmel was a very cute little shop filled to the brim with GORGEOUS dresses that my bridesmaids and I LOVED! Staff really listen to what I was looking for and made us feel super comfortable and welcome! We tried on a bunch of dresses and after going to a couple different stores, we decided we like Bella's the most. We love our bridesmaid dresses!

I am not one to leave reviews; however, I feel so astounded by the passive aggressiveness and shortness that these ladies provided that I want everyone who wants to buy here to reconsider. I am very disappointed with the experience that they gave me. My girls and I actually went elsewhere after 10 minutes and found perfect dresses (and cheaper!).

Horrible customer service. Rude to multiple people who have been there to purchase a dress. Messed up friends measurements and then made her purchase another dress for alterations one top of alteration fees. Would much rather order a dress online where I can return and not deal with rude customer service.

Woman on the phone was very rude & off-putting & I see I'm not the only one to run into rude employees at this location. I will not be making any appointments or giving Bella Bridesmaids my business. WOW! I don't know how to respond to your comment below other than to add my response here. I did not say those things. Now you're making false accusations against me. I don't even have daughters or kids for that matter.
We wanted to take a moment to respond to your review. We take reviews very seriously, so when something seems a bit off, we want to take the time to share our perspective.
When we spoke with you over the phone, you made multiple comments about the sizes we have in-store. We explained that the particular dress you and your daughters wanted to see in person could be loaned to us in a size XL- a fairly standard sample size. Your comments about how this size is "disgusting" and that we shouldn't have samples "in sizes like that," were also very rude and off-putting.
We offer dresses to people of all sizes, so comments like these are not welcome in our store.

I showed up and was immediately grateful with a smile. The girls that helped were very knowledgeable and not judgemental at all. I felt comfortable trying on a dress that didn't quite fit. The girls helped me feel comfortable through the whole process. The prices of the dresses were not bad either!

I never write reviews, but after my experience and then reading the reviews, there’s no way I couldn’t not express how good of an experience we had at Bella’s. They were SO accommodating since my first appointment with them and made my girls and I feel so good about their choices and style they went with. I couldn’t decided on a shade of blue (went through 1047937 swatches of blue) and they were so helpful in showing allll the fabrics and shades to help me decide. I left my first appointment feeling SO much better than I did before going in. Each appointment my girls went to after that to try on, was so easy, stress-free & they never failed to find something each one felt comfortable in! (I practically lived there going to multiple appts a week with my girls for their try-ons, so I had multiple encounters with this place & their stylists if that helps reading my review/experience). I also have bridesmaids out of state and you wouldn’t even know because of their seamless group ordering process. I will without a doubt be recommending this process and place to anyone getting married. Truly couldn’t thank you and your girls enough, Bella’s.

This place is extremely unprofessional and rude. When we came to try on dresses they wouldn’t let my mom be involved at all and were so mean to her any time she made a comment. When my sister went to try on dresses they were also so rude! I know multiple other people who have had a terrible experience as well.
We are so confused by your review. You originally came in for a First Appointment over a year ago- February 4, 2024. Our notes show that you, your mom, and your sister had a great time! Your entire bridal party ordered from us; you even added an additional bridesmaid who ordered from us six months later!
