Robert did such a great job! He was on time, polite and explained everything. I also really appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me on different protectants. He mentioned what they were but moved on when I said I wasn’t interested. He made sure to confirm the price with me a few times. Most importantly though he did a great job in the carpets. I had some stains from cats that I was really impressed he could get out. The other great thing is that there was no chemical smell after. Really impressed!

We’ve always had a great experience with Be Green. Today we had John. He was awesome and super friendly with our family. He interacted with all of us. We appreciate his communication throughout the whole process from the moment he’s on the way, expectations, process and addresses all questions and concerns. He did a thorough job, our carpet and rugs look and smell clean. We’ve been very pleased with each service so we will continue to use this company and are happy to recommend to others.

Easy booking process and answered all of my questions. I hadn’t used them before and price was reasonable. Dustin was friendly and honest about a couch cleaning that wouldn’t be worth it using the standard process. It could be done another time with different equipment. Would use again.

We were given an appointment date just a few days from my initial call. Our service tech, Jacob, arrived at our home in Eldorado at Santa Fe on time. An especially friendly guy, Jacob worked very hard and efficiently. Jacob cleaned two jumbo-size sectionals, and white wool carpeting in a large bedroom and its walk-in closet. The price was reasonable, and every thing cleaned looks brand new! Gracias, Jacob and Be Green Carpet Cleaning!!

They were nice but agreed to a price then showed up and tried to charge me 3x more. They also moved all my furniture before quoting me and I had to put it all back. For sure will never do business with them again.

I highly recommend Be Green, in particular the cleaner who came to my home to clean carpets and furniture. His name is Carlos, and if I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He is professional, pleasant, thorough and a very hard worker. He insisted on doing everything in detail even when I suggested he didn't have to do it all. My rugs, carpet and sofas are sparkling now. I needed the cleaning to get rid of cat dander for my allergic granddaughter's visit, and I am sure this will do it. Thank you Carlos!!! This is clearly an excellent company.
