Ok… so this review is a long one, but all comments are genuinely felt 🙂 Discovering a carpet/fabric moth invasion throughout the house was a total shock. I looked for help online and found amazing reviews for Matt at Beekind. Not being the homeowner, just a guest, I supplied images and asked for a quote. Matts response was super fast. This is a man who truly does take your concerns seriously. Within hours we had a plan of action in place, which included the addition of extra support workers from his company. As a guest, I was not able to be at my friends in order to help her with any prep work before his visit. She’s partially sighted and 83, so was worried that something would go wrong and was nervous about being alone in her home with strangers. However, Matt and his team arrived promptly, went over the treatment plan thoroughly, ensuring that they set her mind at ease. Then their hard work really began….. they systematically moved from room to room, stripping out rugs and moving all of the furniture, to ensure that the nasty little bugs would be eradicated. Throughout this time, Matt, continued to reassure my friend and spent time updating her. I called her several times as the work progressed, just to offer morale support from afar, but was amazed to find her quite chirpy. The team had impressed her so much, that she was really confident that all of her treasured possessions would come through the process unscathed…. This was in fact exactly what happened. Everything was perfect! She was so relieved that her home was safe again and for the first time since I’ve known her (20+ yrs), she was comfortable that complete strangers were in her house. Matt kept me in the loop too, as I had a complete set of images to see the progress, along with a full report covering the cleaning, heat treatment, insecticide treatment, fogging treatment, trap installation and finally returning all the rooms back to good order. The work took a whole day to complete and covered the whole house. It was never going to be something an average home owner could do on their own, so Matt and his team were a godsend. His careful consideration of my friends situation, went above and beyond what would normally be expected from a visiting contractor. The icing on the cake was his inclusion of myself in the process. After a few days, he took the time to chat me through the visit, even though I wasn’t the home owner. I feel confident that he has carried out all of the work to a very high standard, but his personal care and honest concern for my friend was something money does not buy! Thank you so much Matt. To any other potential customers, I hope that if you need help, you too will find out what a great company this is, as they come to your rescue!

Mathew was great. Great communication. Great service and really professional. Beekind came the next day to get rid of the wasps from my roof. Would highly recommend thanks.

Matt was able to come to save our bee colony as soon as I contacted him. He gave lots of reassurance & advice, rescuing the colony brilliantly. It was well worth it as it was the largest one he'd ever saved & contained lots of queens & eggs! It was amazing to see Matt's video footage afterwards. Mathew was brilliant when I discovered that our property had rats living in the roof and drains. He came out within 2 working days and identified the issues and explained possible routes to eliminate the issue. Throughout he was professional, efficient and maintained excellent communication. I would definitely recommend his services 😀

I had some poor experience with tradesman over the years which has put me off calling anyone anymore to get work done l need doing. I kept seeing mice in my kitchen which l thought my cat was bringing in but then there were bad smells and large droppings behind the fridge freezer. I called Beekind as their reviews are very positive about their approach. Matt came and surveyed the home and found that l had rats and not mice. Matt was able to locate the entry point and seal it on the day. No poison was used and he guaranteed his work which made me feel reassured the problem wont come back. I wish l called them sooner. After trying lots of different remedies for weeks trying to stop a flea infestation in my house, which ultimately cost me a lot of money, and l wasn't being successful, l decided to call Beekind Pest Control. Matt was great in reassuring me that the problem will be gone in a few hours and that he would even guarantee the treatment for the year and even came back a second time to check and re treat any areas l felt needed doing. There were no fleas after the first visit as Matt used 2 treatments to control the fleas, one was a spray chemcial, and then the second was a ULV fogger. I can now enjoy my home again without being bitten on the legs all the time. Great service with a smile and a polite gentleman who was very polite and respectful of my home. Highly recommended

Ive been hearing noises in the loft above my bedroom for a few months but it was quiet for a while but intermittently the noises come back. I know we have squirrels in the garden so was expecting it to be them but needed to be sure. Matt was quick to get me booked in and survey the loft leaving a camera up there to catch the culprit. It turned out to be lots of large rats. Matt set out some traps and caught 2 large rats and now we know it needs investigating further by having the drains inspected. Matt was smart, well spoken, punctual and cleaned up after each visit. He has lots of knowledge and was definitely worth having the survey carried out which prevented rats dying in the walls as rats were caught and taken away. Brilliant service from Beekind - they attended a site same day for kind and gentle removal of bee's for relocation to a new home that were unwanted around a childrens nursery (even though the non-stinging type). Speedy service, with great communication and amazing bee knowledge at a very competitive price. Would use them again with no hesitation and recommend to anyone with a bee issue. Thank you!!!

Matt re-homed a bumble bee nest from my garage last year and has just dealt with masonry bees for me. Great communication on booking and efficient service. Matt really cares about the service he provides even on the small jobs. He’s very knowledgeable and a lovely chap!

Matt has been brilliant in removing a 7yr okd rat infestation in my home that no one has managed to resolve. Matt went above and beyond and found how they were getting in, sealed the hole and cleared up the mess they left behind. I cant fault his professionalism and highly recommend him. I was not sure a survey was going to be this detailed and thorough but glad l went through with it

We had pigeons nesting under are solar panels. Matt explained the options clearly, and was thorough in doing the work and checking the roof nearby. He was very approachable and would highly recommend him.

I’ve been having ongoing problems with squirrels in my loft causing destruction, gnawing on the wiring and on anything they can get their teeth into for months now which no other pest control company seemed to be able to solve, I called Matt on Saturday and within a few hours he arrived and put a plan together and today the squirrel set the trap off and I’ve not heard anymore! Matt is due to come back and make my home rodent proof so I never have to go through this nightmare again. I would highly recommend BeeKind as they have a very good understanding of how stressful this kind of situation is and are able to solve the problem super quickly and effectively too.

I called out Beekind Pest control to sort out a problem with Micky and Mini, they had decided to take up residence in a bag of fertiliser in my shed . I have used other pest control companies in the past and have also done a good job but Matt went above and beyond what the other companies offered. He gave me loads of advice and removed the mice that had already given up the fight ! I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I feel like I struck gold finding Matt from BeeKind to sort my rat problem. He is extremely thorough and very clear in communicating what needs doing and has excellent organisation and systems to arrange appointments/invoicing which makes it all very straightforward. I think everything was cleaner when he left than when he arrived too! I have had rat problems for years and now finally I have a super robust resolution, thanks to Matt and his team and I can relax in my home again. He’s also a really nice guy who cares about his customers! I would highly recommend and am so appreciative, thank you!!
